You must be enrolled in Premier Personal Online Banking to use all of the features available in the Mobile Banking app. If you need assistance during your enrollment, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-272-3678. 1 Using your iPad, visit the App Store and search for “Columbia Bank for iPad” SM Download the app to your iPad. 2 Once the download is complete, open the app and enter your User ID This is the same user ID you use to access Premier Personal Online Banking.
