In order to maintain this condition and to ensure a safe operation, it is absolutely necessary for the user to follow the safety instructions and warning notes written in this user manual. Important: Damages caused by the disregard of this user manual are not subject to warranty. The dealer will not accept liability for any resulting defects or problems. Always plug in the power unit last. Safety Notes Keep away from heaters and other heating sources! Keep away children and amateurs from the device! Never leave the device running unattended! If the device has been exposed to drastic temperature fluctuation (e. g. after transportation), do not switch it on immediately. The arising condensation water might damage your device. Leave the device switched off until it has reached room temperature. This device falls under protection-class III. It always has to be operated with an appropriate transformer. Check the device, the power cord and transformer from time to time. Make sure that the transformer is the correct type as that stated on the rear panel. Always disconnect from the main power when the device is not in use or before cleaning it. There are no serviceable parts inside the device. Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried out by authorized dealers. Please note that damages caused by manual modifications on the device or unauthorized operation by unqualified persons are not subject to warranty. Personal Safety
 Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source while the product is on. Always disconnect this product from its power source before servicing. Always connect this product to a grounded circuit to avoid the risk of electrocution. Do not touch this product’s housing during operation because it may be very hot. Rigging This device can be installed directly onto a truss with the quicklock (included) system and triggerclamp (not included), wall or stage floor in any orientation without altering its operation characteristics. Use proper bolts to mount the device via its brackets. The brackets should be attached to the device with proper bolts! Always use a secondary safety rope that can hold at least 10 times the weight of the device. The minimum distance between the device and illuminated surface is 1 meter. There should not be any flammable materials 10 meters around the device! Power And Wiring Always make sure you are connecting this product to the proper voltage in accordance with the specifications in this manual or on the product’s specification label. Never connect this product to a dimmer pack or rheostat. Never disconnect this product by pulling or tugging on the power cable.

This fixture it has 38 Built in static colors and multicolored shadows. It has Built in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi control system + IR System. The Photon Hybrid is the most new smart and easy fixture. It can produce most viberant colors for what it need for a real stage, event or bar. This has the most true color mixing and effects users can get from this product. User can set fixtures on any events, theater, bar, or any entertainment industry and control by DMX controller or software or wirelessly. To determine the power requirements for each Photon Hybrid refer to the label affixed to the product. You can also refer to the Technical Specifications chart in this manual. The listed current rating indicates the maximum current draw during normal operation. For more information, you may download Sizing Circuit Breakers from the Rasha website: www.rashaprofessional.com  Always connect this product to a protected circuit with an appropriate electrical ground to avoid the risk of electrocution or fire. To eliminate unnecessary wear and improve its lifespan, during periods of nonuse completely disconnect the product from power via breaker or by unplugging it. 
  Never connect this product to a rheostat (variable resistor) or dimmer circuit, even if the rheostat or dimmer channel serves only as a 0 to 100% switch. 
 AC Plug The Photon Hybrid comes with a power input cord terminated with a connector on one end and an Edison plug on the other end (U.S. market). If the power input cord that came with your product has no plug, or if you need to change the Edison plug, use the table below to wire the new plug. Disconnect this product from the power outlet. 2. Using a flat-head screwdriver, lift the fuse holder cap from the housing. 3. Remove the blown fuse and replace with a another fuse of the same type and rating (T 5 A). 4. .press the fuse holder cap back in place and reconnect power.  Make sure to disconnect the product’s power cord before replacing a blown fuse. Always replace the blown fuse with another of the same type and rating Power Linking You can link 20 Fixtures @ 110V and 30 fixtures @ 220V. DMX Personalities • The Photon Hybrid uses a 3 - or 5 - pin DMX data connection for the 7 or 12 channel DMX personalities. • Refer to the Introduction chapter for a brief description of each DMX personality. • Refer to the Operation chapter to learn how to configure the Photon Hybrid to work in these personalities. • The DMX Values section provides you with detailed information regarding the DMX personalities If you are not familiar with or need more information about DMX standards, Master/Slave connectivity, or the DMX cables needed to link this product to a DMX controller, download the DMX Handbook from the Rasha website: www.rashaprofessional.com 8 Rasha Professional A/S 1130 Palmyrita Ave. Ste 320, Riverside CA, 92507 | 951-654-3585 rashaprofessional .com | [email protected] MOUNTING Before mounting this product, read and follow the Safety Notes. There should not be any flammable materials 10 meters around the device Procedures The Photon Hybrid comes with a preinstalled mounting surface to which you will be able to attach most of our clamps found at www.rashaprofessional. com/en/accesories. Make sure the clamps are capable of supporting the weight of this product. Use at least 1 mounting point per product. In addition, use a safety cable to link the product to the structure. 
  Make sure there is no flammable material nearby during the istallation. Follow. Follow the instructions Stated in this manual, and on the bottom of the base device.  Use 2 Clamps to rigg the fixtuer onto a truss. DISPLAY PANEL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS: Touch where portions of the menu description Lamps using TFT 2.8 inch touch screen 001 The main panel as shown in the following figure: ENG MODE 2. OPERATION 2.1. DMX Addr: Use the menu to set desired fixture address setting 2.2. Channel Mode: Use the menu to select desired DMX channel mode. The numbers on the menu represents the number of control channels. 3. RESET OPERATING: RESET MOTORS 3.1. Reset All: Use the menu to reset all motors 3.2. Pan/Tilt: Use the menu to reset Pan and Tilt 3.3. Color: Use the menu to reset color 3.4. Gobo: Use the menu to reset gobos 3.5. Dim: Use the menu to reset dimmer 3.6. Zoom/Prism etc.: Use the menu to reset focus, zoom, prism and frost. The 6 facet prism will reset automatically if it is inactive (The reset process takes 6 seconds) 4 . RUN: USE THE MENU TO SELECT OPERATION MODE Following is the instructions of the menu options: 4.1. DMX: Controlled by DMX512 signal. 4. 2. Test: Controlled by built-in program. 4. 3. Program: Controlled by User’s program Note*User the menu [Running Cnfg]- [Mixed Scene] and [Scene Edit] to set up or edit the scenes............................................... 5. LAMP Use the menu to turn on or off the lamp. It will take effect after 3 seconds , if the value was switched back in 3 seconds, the operation will be canceled. If the lamp was turned off, it must wait 1 to 2 minutes before it can turn on again. You can set the menu value to “on” and it will turn on automatically after 1 to 2 minutes. If the value was set to “on”, the system will try to turn on the lamp when power on and wait for the feedback signal from the lamp driver before it reset the motor, this will take about 6-10 seconds. 6. MANUAL CONTROL: Set DMX value manually 6.1. Pan: Set the DMX value of Pan. ... 6.2. Auto return: Return to previous menu automatically if no any operation. Use the menu to select waiting times. 7. RUNNING CONFIGURATION: Set the configuration of Running. 7.1. Tilt Configuration: . Reverse: The item allows to invert Tilt movement . Origin: Set desired Origin value to change Tilt movement range. (set the DMX value to 0 before changing this value, the tile motor will move when changing this value) End: Set desired final stop value to change Tilt movement range (set the DMX value to 255 before changing this value, the tile motor will move when changing this value) 7.2. M/S Mode: Slave mode is for receiving external DMX signals and Master mode is for sending DMX signals to external slave fixtures 7. 4. Music Ctrl Confiuguratuon: Music Control configuration Ctrl Mode: Use the menu to set desired sound control effect Dim: Dimmer by sound control. .Color: Random color selection by sound control. . Gobo: Random static gobo selection by sound control. Other CHN: Use the menu to set the control mode for other channels except music control channels .DMX: Control by DMX signal. In this control mode, the shutter or dimmer channel must be operated by the DMX signal. Auto: Random running. .Manual: Control by the menu [Manual Control].As the same of “DMX” control, the shutter or dimmer channel must be operated manually. Sensitivity: Use the menu to set desired response sensitivity from music. 7.5. Mixed Scene: Use the menu to set up the playback order of the scenes. Refer to the document for more information. Scenes Numbers: Use the menu to set desired number of scenes for mixed playing 7.6. Scene Edit: Use the menu to edit scenes. Refer to the document for more information. Scene Index: Use the menu to select desired scene Step Index: Use the menu to select desired step for the selected scene Step Edit: Press into the edit interface. Time: Set desired duration for the selected step (Unit 0.1 seconds, e.g. the value of 123 is 12.3 seconds. Chn: Use the menu to select desired channel Value: Set desired value of selected channel to meet selected step’s needs. (Please note that this operation will overwrite the targeted data!) Record: Use the menu to record current DMX value and paste it into the selected step in the selected scene.(Please note that this operation will overwrite the targeted data!) 7.7. Lamp Power: The item allows to set desired power of the lamp Eco: Economical mode. Lamp works in minimum rated power Std: Standard mode. Lamp works in maximum rated power.(If the . shutter is closed, the power will work in minimum power automatically) 7.8. Black Out: Pan/Tilt: Black-out while head moving Color: Black-out while color changing Gobo: Black-out while gobos changing 7.9. Time/Speed Mode: Pan/Tilt: Use the menu to set the mode of pan/tilt movement Speed: Both Pan and tilt will move with the same speed as adjusted at the channel “Pan/Tilt speed, Pan/Tilt time” .Time: The Pan and Tilt will move with different speeds and they will come .at the same time to the end point of their tracks (pan and tilt use their optimal speeds) Rotating Gobo: Use the menu to set the mode of rotate gobo movement Speed: Rotating gobo will move in speed mode. Time: Rotating gobo will move in time mode. 7.10. Random Strobe Sync: This menu sets if synchronization between every device when strobe in random mode. 8. DISPLAY CONFIGURATION: 8.1 LCD display configuration Sleep: Use the menu to select waiting times before sleep. Brightness: Use the menu to select desired brightness Reverse: Use the menu to set Inverted orientation if the fixture is hanging on the truss Indicator: Use the menu to set lighting of indicators. ADVANCED: 9.1. Fine Adj: This is the factory adjustment function locked with password. 9.2. Factory Settings: Used in factory only! It requires the password to enter. 9.3. DMX Lost: Use the menu to select run mode when external DMX cannot be connected. This is active on power-on only, if it detects DMX on power on and then loses the signal, it keep on the last DMX state. .Middle: The DMX of pan and tilt are set to 128, all other DMX are set to 0. Keep: Keep the last state when reset finished. Test: Controlled by built-in program. Music: Controlled by the volume of the ambient sound. Use the menu [Running Cnfg]-[Music Ctrl Cnfg] to set up the running mode and microphone sensitivity. Program: Controlled by User’s program. Use the menu [Running Cnfg]- [Mixed Scene] and [Scene Edit] to set up or edit the scenes. 9.4. Allow DMX save: If select “Yes”, the setting values from functions DMX channel(6/4/6) will be saved to EEPROM, that is, The setting value will be retained for the next time when you reboot the system (This menu selection is valid for all the settings in the function channel except for the “Run mode”). 9.12. Clear Lamp Time: Use the menu to reset the counter of operation hours with the lamp to 0, when a new lamp replaces the old one. 9.13. Recover Setting: Use the menu to reset factory settings. But the information like fine tuning of motor, lamp switch state, user programs, lamp on time, will not be resettled.
