Trailer ABS Diagnostic Tool The PLC TestCon (Tester/Converter) has functions to quickly test your trailer ABS system and get you back on the road, saving you time and money! Tests the Trailer ABS & In-Cab Trailer ABS Fault Lamp without a PC. The PLC TestCon also allows you to run Trailer ABS PC-based diagnostic applications.
Trailer Tester - Plug and Play! In the default mode of operation “Tractor Mode”, the PLC TestCon listens to the PLC data bus for Trailer ABS faults. If a fault exists, the “Trailer ABS Fault” LED illuminates. It can help you in determining whether a trailer is roadworthy.
In-Cab Trailer ABS Lamp Tester When the PLC TestCon enters “Trailer Mode”, it sends Trailer ABS fault messages that toggle the in-cab Trailer ABS Fault lamp. It is an excellent choice for tractor, trailer, and trailer ABS end-of-line testing and validation.
Supported Trailer ABS Diagnostic Applications The PLC TestCon used in conjunction with any RP1210-compliant J1708 VDA (such as the Dearborn Group DPA) can be used to run PLC-based diagnostics, such as:
