POE-PE03GE PoE Series - 10/100/1000M Gigabit with ESD Protection PoE Adapter EAN Code : 4712757153149 The POE-PE03GE Gigabit with ESD Protection PoE Adapter is suitable for use with products that basically does support Power Over Ethernet and ESD ground cable . Support Over load current protection for the board and build in lightning arrester (7KV ESD) design Simply connect the power source to the Adapter, and then use an Gigabit Ethernet cable to connect the Adapter to the device. It is a cost effective solution for deploying Gigabit PoE Wireless Access Points or PoE IP Surveillance or PoE IP Phone in indoor or outdoor environments where the power source is not readily available or power cables are not permitted In Gigabit Ethernet, four pairs of Cat5 or Cat5E twisted pairs are used as the medium for transmission. The actual data transmission only takes up two pairs of wires (pairs 1-2 and 3-6). The PoE technology utilizes the remaining pairs (pairs 4-5 and 7-8) to conduct electricity. The output power will be dependent on the power rating of the power supply that one chooses to use.
