The company utilizes an extensive network consisting of its own auto centers and independent authorized dealers for vehicle distribution. Porsche Romania // THE CHALLENGE Porsche Romania was looking for a service provider to provide a complex portfolio of telco services for its core auto centers, dealers and service centers throughout Romania. The company wanted multi-service platform to support their data connectivity, Internet and voice services. The selected partner had to have the expertise
to build and manage a complex network infrastructure that enabled Porsche Romania to repurpose its IT resources to their core business activities. In addition to gaining better performance and a flexible network platform, Porsche Romania was able to reorganize cost savings by leveraging a single trusted service partner.

WHY GTS? // THE SOLUTION In order to meet Porsche Romania's capacity, quality and cost objectives, GTS designed a solution based on IP technology. GTS IP VPN is a comprehensive solution that provides a core data infrastructure, which supports scalability and quick delivery. Based on the IP/MPLS network, GTS's solution provides any-to-any data connectivity between the 44 dealers located throughout Romania with a capacity ranging from 256 Kbps to 5 Mbps per location. The first class platform supports Classes of Service (CoS) designed to meet individual customer needs related to application performance. Furthermore, the dealer locations are equipped with GTS managed customer premises equipment (CPEs) that enable Porsche Romania to monitor the entire data network and its performance. In addition to critical core data network, they utilize a premium Internet connectivity to company headquarters with a capacity of 50 Mbps and 3 voice PRI connections. The performance of the custom solution is backed-up by strict SLA where GTS commits to key operational and performance parameters and financial responsibility for non-compliance.
