TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SCHEDULE-A 1.0 GENERAL: The Trust proposes to replace the aged/damaged 2 Nos. Rack mounted 16 Channel Video Distribution Amplifier to distribute the video signals at CCTV control Room at Ground floor for the use of Digital Video Surveillance System. 2.0 WORKS INCLUDED: i) Supply, Installation and commissioning of 2 Nos. Rack mounted 16 Channel Video Distribution Amplifier complete with all accessories. 3.0 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION: 3.1 RACK MOUNTED 16 CHANNEL VIDEO DISTRIBUTION AMPLIFIER COMPLETE WITH ALL ACCESSORIES Qty : 2 Nos. a) Type : 16 Channel Rack mounted Distribution Amplifier b) I/O Distribution : 1 video Input 3 video Outputs c) Distribution range : 50 metres (min.) d) Impedance : 75 Ohms(min) g) Video connectors : BNC connectors h) Compatible with : PAL and NTSC i) : 230 V AC, 50Hz Power supply The system shall be supplied with necessary connectors, power supply Adapter, Manuals etc., • The integrated system shall be supplied complete with all technical / operating service manuals for effective operation and maintenance of the systems. • The system shall be rugged up to withstand the saline atmosphere. • The system shall be of heavy-duty type suitable for continues rating for round the clock operation at the central control room at Centenary building. 6.0. Other conditions : 1) The Technical specification – “Schedule-A” and Price Schedule – A1” to read in conjunction to make sure of the supply and works involved. 2) The firms are required to offer rates as per Trust’s format “Schedule-A1” without fail and mention taxes and duties. Trust will not produce Form C or D. 3) Technical and Commercial condition shall be clearly furnish in the offer. The offer shall mention the make and model of the equipment and shall accompany with the relevant technical leaflet. 4) The rate should be quoted as per unit. 5) The rate quoted should be maintained till the completion of supply and no upward price revision will be agreed to. 6) The clarifications, if any, the firm may contact “Superintending Engineer (Electronics & Communication) 2nd floor of the old administrative office Annex Building, Chennai Port Trust, Telephone Nos. 25362201 – Extn: 2708.
