Portable Bluetooth Speaker User Manual WELCOME Congratulations on your new portable wireless Bluetooth speaker! Please read these instructions carefully before use. I. Product Overview II. Avoid using the speaker near sources of extreme heat including heaters, radiators, stoves, and any open flame. 2. Do not expose the speaker to rain or wet conditions. 3. Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the speaker by yourself. 4. This product contains a Lithium battery! Please discard or recycle according to local laws. 5. To avoid hearing damage, avoid listening to music at high volumes. 6. Ensure the power is turned off when the speaker is not in use. 7. Keep the speakers charged in order to avoid range issues and signal disconnects. II. BASIC OPERATION Slide the power switch from the OFF position to the ON position. Short presses of the M button cycle between modes (Music Mode, MicroSD Playback, and Aux Input). A long press of the M button will power down the speaker. Increase/Decrease the volume Skip to next song or previous song Pause/Mute playback Answer a call CHARGING Please charge the speaker before use. Charging takes approximately 3 hours and will run for about 4 hours depending on the volume level. You can use the speaker while it is plugged in and charging. CONNECTING VIA BLUETOOTH 1. Turn on the speaker. The flashing blue light indicates when the speaker is ready to be paired to a device. 2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for the speaker. 3. Connect to the speaker. If needed, use password "0000" 4. The speaker is now paired and ready to stream music! The speaker will automatically reconnect to this device in the future. CONNECTING VIA AUXILIARY CABLE 1. Connect the included 3.5mm stereo audio cable to the “LIN” input on the back of the speaker. 2. Connect the other end to the headphone jack of your smartphone or tablet. CONNECTING VIA BLUETOOTH 1. PLAYBACK VIA MICROSD (TRANSFLASH) CARD 1. Insert a MicroSD card into the slot labeled “TF” on the back of the unit. The label should be facing up. 2. Music will begin playing automatically when the speaker is turned on. 3. Supports MP3 playback. ANSWER A CALL 1. A single short press of the Telephone button will answer an incoming call when paired with a smartphone. 2. A longer, 2-second press will reject the incoming call. 3. You can redial the last number by pressing the telephone button 3 times quickly. FM RADIO TUNER 1. Connect the USB charging cable to the port on the back of the speaker. TROUBLESHOOTING Follow these steps to resolve common problems with your speaker. Unable to pair a device 1. Check that the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing blue light). If not, restart the speaker. 2. Too many other Bluetooth devices nearby are causing interference. 3. Battery is low; please recharge. Sound is distorted or low. 1. Adjust volume level of the speaker. 2. The battery is low; please recharge. Music playback is not smooth. 1. Move the speaker closer to the device. 2. Battery is low; please recharge. Not working, cannot turn on. 1. Battery is low and needs charging. 2. Restart the speaker.
