(Optional extra, Canford Rack Pak Anchor Strap Stock Code: 16-130) Possible fixing position of Alice Mic-Amp-Pak. 02-029(Issue 1)8/96 RACK PAK 16-129 Canford Rack-Pak Designed to improve the appearance of racks and allow Alice-Paks, Canford extruded box units or other similar equipment to be rackmounted, this 2U enclosure has a removable (screw fixing) blank front panel, and rear tray which can accept the range of Alice-Pak equipment, though some units will have restricted access to controls. The tray is pre-punched to allow any two of any size Alice-Paks to be fixed using the standard fixing holes on the Alice units. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION Dimensions: 485(w) x 400 (d) x 89 (h) mm ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 02-029(Issue 1)8/96 Some suitable hardware is included. The rear of the tray has a number of slots to allow cable management and an earth bonding terminal. Full installation in the Rack-Pak protects any controls or presets on the equipment from unwanted adjustment. On the following pages are some suggestions as to how certain pieces of equipment may be installed in the RackPak.
