• The Syntace Post Shim is designed for use in a bicycle frame with 34.9mm seat tube internal diameter and allows the use of a 30.9mm seatpost. • The enclosed seal serves as a perfect weather seal. It is designed for use in combination with the Syntace Microlock or the Syntace Superlock 38 seatpost clamp. Caution: When using the Syntace Post Shim 30.9 the min. insert depth of the seatpost is 90mm (When using the Post Shim Light 31.6, 140mm remains as Min. inset length).
Compatability Before using the Post Shim, please check that the seat tube inner diameter is 35mm (+/0.1mm), and the seatpost you intend to use has a diameter of 30.9mm.
