➤ application • T he processing units with energy recovery unit are used for a comfort ventilation, as well as for heating as for the cooling of air in tertiary and industrial premises.
➤ construction / composition • Construction - Self-supporting construction for models 10 to 70.
- Condensats tray in galvanised steel 2 mm. -R otating exchanger, in aluminium with very high efficiency up to 85 %. • Motorisation - Motor class F, IP54, 4 poles 230/400 V/50 Hz three-phase Protection type PTO. • Filters - Filters G4 to F9 class used for fresh air and extracted air : G4 Thickness 200 mm, F5 Thickness 300 mm, F7 and F9 Thickness 50 mm. • Motorised damper - Profiled blade in aluminium equipped with a gasket. - Actuator, standard supplied. • Coil for heating - Electric coil : heating resistance in stainless steel with spiraled blades in a galvanised steel sheet frame set up on a slideway. PI regulation with power modulation of the heat by TRIAC. Thermal protection with automatic rearmament (90 °C) and manual (120 °C) in series. - Hot water coil : copper tubes and aluminium blades set under pressure in a galvanised steel frame with a large thickness. Insulation with rockwool. Service Pressure 10 Bar. Max. temperature of the water 100 °C. technical description ➤ Integrated control and regulation system • The regulators Expert ensures the regulation of the fans, the exchangers , the temperatures, the air flow and the functioning times. It is entirely integrated to the unit, the control is done through a remote control system.

On and off at a distance : Possibility of turning the unit on/off (control by external contact)

Maintaining of the supply temperature : Automatic maintaining of the supply T° according to instructions chosen by user

Maintaining of ambience temperature : Automatic maintaining of ambience T° according to instructions chosen by user (measure on extract sensor)

Option to shift the instruction time for the supply or extract temperature for a specific period. The maximum delta of T° is 9 °C

Choice of maintaining temperature : The user can select a temperature that can be maintained : on extract or supply sensor

Automatic maintaining of selection mode : According to the exterior T°, the maintained mode can be automatically selected, automatic mode on exterior T°.

Control of fan speed : The user must adjust the speed of the fan.

Correction of the fan speed in winter: In winter, if there is not enough heating power, the temperature is maintained by decreasing the fan speed.

Weekly programming : Weekly operation programming with 3 daily events possible. For each event the user can select a constant pressure or a constant flow.

Selection mode : In automatic mode the unit only works with the weekly programming. In manual mode, in functions constantly according to the instructions.

Seasons adjusting : To make the unit work in the most cost-effective way, winter and summer adjustings.

Automatic season changing : According to the exterior temperature, automatic changing of season mode.

Pump control : The water pump is controlled according to the exterior temperature and needs

Recuperation of fresh air : In summer, the fresh air is recuperated in the room. Correction of extracted air flow : The user can adjust the extraction fan speed for a period of time

PROTECTION FUNCTIONS Protection against freezing of hot water coil : Reducing of freezing risk of coil

Protection against overheating of electric coil : if there is danger of overheating, the coil goes off automatically

Protection against freezing of plate exchanger : In case of decrease in exterior T°, the exchanger is protected against freezing
x
Protection against overheating of fans : The fan motors are protected against overheating.
x
Supervision of wheel rotation exchanger : In case of problems, the recuperators stops.
x
Emergency stop in case of fire : If the unit is linked to fire protection system of building, the unit is automatically stopped.
x
Emergency stop according to limited temperatures : If the supply T° reaches the limited value, the unit is automatically stopped.
x
Signaling at a distance of problems : Possibility with a dry contact to signal a problem of the unit.
x
OTHER FUNCTIONS Indication of filter clogging : If at least one filter is clogged, a signal appears on the box screen.
x
A red alarm on the control box indicates the clogging of the filter on the supply. Operation mode, indication of time and temperature : the user can change it on the control box.
x
Error message : In case of problems on the recuperator or one of its components, the ventilation is stopped. This is indicated by a message.
x
The problem is indicated by the stop signal, and by the red LED on the control box. Language selection : Language selection on the control box.

Indication of flow : Option to follow the supply and extraction flow only on MBC motor.

Control by PC : O ption to manage and control the units by computer when it is connected to a network or internet. Connection GTC possible. *
