Right click on Poller Box for all available action shortcuts. To display Demographic Analysis, use Alt + 1 to Alt + 9 to switch between Demographic question. To display Priority answers in sequence, use Ctrl + 1 to Ctrl + 9 to display Priority answer choices. To display Import Demographic Analysis, use Shift + 1 to Shift + 9 to switch Demographic question

During the polling, PowerCom short cut keys are disabled, except SpaceBar and PowerPoint applicable short cut keys. When a slide loses focus, the short cut keys may not work properly. When this happensclick the Poller box to regain focus and the short cut keys will work again.

Keypad Match Keypad Match to Base Station 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Plug-in the base and make sure it’s properly detected. Select Hardware Settings under Device From Hardware Settings tab, click on Start Match Press “.” and “-“ on the keypad simultaneously for 3 seconds. The keypad will beep for three times and display the current base station channel no. when matching is successful. 6. Once matched,a message indicating it was successful will be displayed on the Hardware settings screen. 7. Go back to step #4 to match other keypads to the base. Notes : 1. Matching the keypadswill help to guarantee that only authorized keypads can join in the voting. 2. Once a keypad was matched to a specific base station, and you want to use the keypad with another base, you have to match the keypad again.
Set up Keypad ID Number Set up Keypad ID Setting upthe ID for a single keypad: 1. Plug-in the base and make sure it’s properly detected. 2. Select Hardware Settings under Device. 3. Go to the Keypad Settings tab. 4. Enterthe keypad ID value at Set up New ID for one keypad. 5. Press and hold OK on the keypad, then click on Apply. 6. The new ID no. will appear on the keypad screen. Setting up IDs for multiple keypads : 1. Plug-in the base and make sure it is properly detected. 2. Select Hardware Settings under Device. 3. Go to Keypad Settings tab. 4. Enter keypad ID value at “Starting ID from”. 5. Press “Start” to start the setup process. 6. Press OK on the first keypad until the new ID shows up on the keypads. ID Value at “Starting ID from” box will change to the next number for the second keypad. 7. Press OK on the second keypad until the new ID shows up. Keep this step for the rest of the keypads. 8. Press “Stop” to end the setup process.
