WilsonPro 4000/4000R 400 coax Free Professional Design and Installation Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions apply to the free professional design and installation of the WilsonPro 4000 or 4000R passive DAS cellular amplification system for small- and medium-sized businesses, provided by Powerful Signal. The PDI offering includes professional installation by the same experienced installers that Powerful Signal uses for our large commercial building projects. Powerful Signal and its installer will review the installation details and process with you before beginning the installation.
Hardware included
1 × wall-mount WilsonPro 4000 or rack-mount Wilson 4000R four-port cell signal amplifier. 1 × wide-band outdoor omnidirectional antenna. 4 × wide-band indoor dome antennas. 5 × 100-foot lengths of UV-rated 400-type coax cable, pre-terminated with N-male connectors (for connecting the antennas to the amplifier). 1 × universal J-pipe outdoor antenna mount. 1 × lightning surge protector. Extra antennas, coax cable, and other components used for increasing coverage area, that are not listed above, may be purchased at additional cost.
Installation services included
Installation in a commercial building or space. Installation in a single floor. Professional system design by Powerful Signal’s design engineers. Professional installation by an experienced commercial installer. Mounting the WilsonPro 4000/4000R amplifier (an available 110-volt A/C power outlet is required). Mounting the J-pipe mount, outdoor antenna, and lightning surge protector on the roof. (Existing roof access required). Running 400-type coax cable (up to 100 feet) from the exterior antenna, through existing roof penetration, to the amplifier. Mounting four interior dome antennas on dropped-ceiling tiles. Running 400-type coax cables (up to 100 feet each) from the four interior dome antennas, through existing wall penetrations, to the amplifier. Power-up, and system test and optimization. Lifetime customer support by Powerful Signal.
Extra features and/or services that are not listed above may be purchased at additional cost (see page 2).

Services available at additional cost The services listed in the preceding section are comprehensive. Additional services that are not included with the PDI program may be purchased at additional cost to you; these include, but are not limited to:
Travel-related expenses for the installer or other Powerful Signal employee or representative. (Travel, hotel, and other related costs are not included in the free installation offer.) Concrete penetrations or any other type of concrete coring. Roof penetrations. Installation of plenum cable where building codes require fire-rated cable. (Please see our free design and installation offering with plenum cable.) Any requirement to use conduit, or to install or make changes to conduit for our use. Indoor antenna mounting on hard deck ceilings. Ladders taller than 8 feet or any type of lift (elevated work platform, cherry picker, etc.). Tenting or dust protection in areas where work is to be performed. Installation outside normal business hours (evenings, nights, weekends). Requirements for union labor and/or prevailing wage (if required). Any needed permits, taxes, and/or shipping charges.
