Supports full power to all ports for PoE applications powering IEEE 802.3af compliant devices and many 48VDC PoE legacy devices. Protects PoE investment and minimizes TCO by providing PoE functionality on the patch panel; patch panels are typically kept in the network longer than switching equipment that may be changed out over time to increase transmission speeds or provide other new functionality. 10/100/1000/10GBASE-T (Cat 6 performance), 10GbE performance per TSB-155. Power Supply (DTXPM60, DTXPM350)
Power supply chassis supports up to 2 patch panels (48-ports), and can be front or rear mounted. With the rear mounting arrangement, the chassis is mounted directly in back of a patch panel to conserve rack space. Power supply chassis can be equipped with up to three (3) 350W/48V power supplies to provide the required level of redundancy or for additional power. Power supply chassis’ AC input allows centralized power backup of the chassis and all panels being powered by the chassis, and, therefore backup of all associated powered devices. Simply connect the AC input power cord of the chassis to an UPS.
Simple plug and play hardware installation. Patch panel form factor reduces cabling and is easily installed. Local and remote management options. Modular architecture and easy to access components ensure low MTTR. Dual protection using fuses and logic over current protection ensures that damage to port or panel does not impact adjacent members.
Optional front cable management bar is available.
