High Speed Internet makes the availability of more and more increasing bandwidth in the data transmission absolutely necessary. In addition to the widespread ADSL technology over the copper pair, the expansion of VDSL2 is promoted especially in urban areas. VDSL allows higher bandwidths, but only over short distances. Another costly and therefore little used solution is e.g. the GPON or Dark Fiber technology. This fiber is not routed as used with VDSL2 up to the street cabinet (FTTC), but rather directly to the customer. Service providers use to optimize the existing VDSL ports to the Vectoring technology. This significantly increases the data transfer by eliminating the noise on the twisted pair. Even higher speed on the copper line is to be achieved with G.fast, in this case data rates up to 500 Mbit/s are possible. The use of new technologies, especially VDSL2 Vectoring, Bonding, G.fast and FTTH requires a new generation of test and measurement equipment. The innovative xDSL MULTITEST family does full Vectoring measurement, is prepared for DSL Bonding* and GPON* and can handle their testing tasks reliably in these environments without restrictions.

New Broadband Technologies
Fast multi-tasking operating After a successful synchronization line values or graphs are shown on the large 3.5 " sunlight readable color display. Waiting periods or complicated and time-consuming switching between menu items and views belong to the past. The selection keys provide an easy exchange between the DSL line parameters, their impact on the application layers, results of Up/Download tests, Ping and Trace Route plus VoIP and IPTV parameters. The Multitester are likely to be used as a PC, with real multitasking functionality the user can scroll between the windows. Without the loss of the current synchronization, other parameters or tests can be added and thus enables fast, easy and comprehensive diagnosis.
KE-Manager Software included The supplied KE-Manager Software is a flexible tool to manage the KE3600 and KE3500, to download the measurements and for the creation of customized measurement reports. The surface is very clearly arranged and intuitive to use. Profiles can be easily created and edited in order to transfer them to the KE3600/KE3500. The optional Real Time Analysis function allows to transfer the current measurements from the tester to the Manager Software and look directly at the detailed test results on the PC. Extensive settings facilitates the evaluation of the results. The data can be stored and conveniently printed.

Der KE3600 xDSL MULTITEST is a versatile and revolutionary xDSL tester of DSL services in ADSL1/2/2 + / VDSL2 (vectoring) and bundled networks and as well in FTTx deployments (GPON, Dark Fiber). With a variety of interfaces the outstanding KE3600 xDSL Multitester supports many access network technologies. Accelerated fault diagnosis is made possible by its simple operation even for untrained technicians. Interferences in the network, in the outdoor and inhouse cabling but also in CPE can be narrowed down quickly. Even in FTTH networks KE3600 carries out measurements at its Ethernet or built-in SFP Port. With the autodetect function of the DSL service no choice between ADSL and VDSL is necessary. Automated and editable measurements on the copper pair allows fast and efficient work. The KE3500 xDSL MULTITEST offers tests in ADSL1/2/2 + and VDSL2 environments with full exams on VDSL-Vectoring. It performs other functions such as ISDN and POTS test telephone, Triple Play testing for IPTV and VoIP aptitude and the ability to do extensive copper testing to 30 MHz make it the universal working tool for installers and service technicians. With its innovative operation concept several tests are performed simultaneously and are still configurable without the loss of synchronization. Autodetection of the DSL service and automated measurements on the copper pair allow fast and efficient work. The user-friendly starting price in broadband measurement technology helps within the acquisition of the required instrumentation.s

The Universal Tester with DSLAM (xTU-C) und Coopertesting The KE3400B is the ideal tool for the prequalification, commissioning and troubleshooting on all ADSL and VDSL connections (even for the less experienced technician). In the standard version, it can be operated in the xDSL Modem mode, Router mode and even DSLAM mode (office emulation). This simplify tests procedures of the modem / router in house installations or in repairs.
