Description Precision Optical Transceivers PRE-SFP-B53-40 is a high performance, cost effective Bi-directional transceiver with a single LC optical interface and a built-in WDM for data communication applications. PRE-SFP-B53-40 operates at 1550 nm (Tx) and 1310 nm (Rx) nominal wavelengths and includes a standard AC coupled CML for high speed signal and LVTTL control and monitor signals. The DFB laser transmitter and IC driver with temperature compensation and automatic power control circuit makes the transmitter output power and extinction ration stable across the operating temperature range. The Receiver consists of an InGaAs photodiode and transimpedance with AGC for wide dynamic rage. A 21dB link budget ensures 1000Base Ethernet transmission up to 40 km.
