Easy Preva® Log-In Wave your Preva token or wristband by the reader to quickly log into your Preva personal account.
Language Selection Choose your preferred language from a wide selection.
Featured Workout Select a pre-set workout that changes daily to add variety to your workout. To begin, touch GO on the Featured Workout panel.
Workout Library Choose from a library of goal-oriented workouts, contained within numerous categories, to help you achieve your goals.

Device & Reading Rack Rest your reading material or mobile device more securely during your workout. An opening in center of rack allows you to connect your charging cable to the Mobile Device Charger below.
Entertainment Controls Volume control and channel selection can be easily adjusted with your thumbs while you steady your hand on the console.
Mobile Device Charger Headphone Jack Charge your mobile device during workout. Headphone jack provides audio from the content displayed on the screen.
Motion Controls Easily and quickly adjust the speed, incline and resistance.
