The ability to dissipate offset spray powder together with automatic film loading and start up, minimise production down time and reduce job change overs to under 5 minutes.

Auto mode
1. Easy manual loading paper with a capacity of 600 mm. 2. Auto start mode: Paper stock is conveyed from feed table using two suction units and transport conveyor.
4. Permanent film adhesion is enabled by the oil filled heated roller and dual pressure control. Decurling device can be adjusted ‘on the run’.
5. Laminating film is micro-perforated on the overlap by our robust marking device and then separated by the pneumatic cutting rollers.
