Also heaters can be used for hea ng or prea ng func on with air handling units the heaters can be supplied with or without unstalled electronic controller, with pressure monitoring system or according client requirements. The heater case is produced from aluzins coated metal sheet, with sealing rubber for ght connec on with ven la on duct system. The stainless steel hea ng elements are used in the heaters. All heaters are equipped with 2 overheat thermostats. Automa c reset thermostat 60°C is for controlling output air temperature, manual reset thermostat 100 °C is for cutof func on in case of overheat. To reset manual reset thermostat push bu on is installed on heater cover. Thermostat for 1 and 2 phase are connected in series with hea ng element and no extra relay is needed. For 3 phase heawters external relay is needed for overheat func ons. Minimal air speed for heaters must be not less than 1,5 m/s. Flow and pressure monitor make possible to monitor air ﬂow in duct and prevent operate and overheat if there is no air ﬂow. In this case no extra interlocking with fans or air handling units is needed. If heater with installed electronic controller is needed 4 standar types can be supplied: 1. Setpoint internal with one duct temperature sensor (model SI), duct sensor must be installed in output air duct. Setpoint knob installed on heater case, 2. Setpoint external with one duct temperature sensor (model SE), duct sensor must be installed in output air duct. Setpoint device installed on wall is used (poten ometer resistance – 10K), 3. Control signal 0-10 VDC external (model CE). External control signal from other controller must be supplied. 4. Setpoint interval with one duct temperature sensor, with ﬂow and pressure monitoring (model FC..), duct sensor must be installed in output air duct.Setpoint knob installed on heater case. (Plug & play). If heater without installed electric controller is supplied external controller should be used. Also heaters can be used for hea ng or prehea ng func on with air handling units. The heaters can be supplied with or without installed electronic controller, with pressure and ﬂow monitoring system or produced according client requirements. The heater case is produced from aluzinc coated metal sheet. The stainless steel hea ng elements are used in the heaters. All heaters are equipped with 2 overheat thermostats. Automa c reset thermostat 70°C is for controlling output air temperature, manual reset thermostat 100°C is for cutoﬀ func on in case of overheat. To manual reset thermostat push bu on is installed on heater cover. Thermostats for 1 and 2 phases are connected in series with hea ng element and no extra relay is needed. For 3 phase heaters bu on is installed on heater cover. Thermostats for 1 and 2 phases are connected external relay is needed for overheat func ons. Minimum air speed for heaters must be not less than 1,5 m/s. Flow monitor make possible to monitor air ﬂow in ducts and prevent heater to operate and overheat if there is no air ﬂow. In this case no extra interlocing with fans or air handling units is needed. If heater with installed electronic controller is needed 4 standar types can be supplied: 1. Setpoint internal with one duct temperature sensor (model SI), duct sensor must be installed in output air duct. Setpoint knob installed on heater case. 2. Setpoint external with one duct temperature sensor (model SE), duct sensor must be installed in output air duct. Setpoint device installed on wall is used (poten ometer resistance – 10K). 3. Control signal 0-10 VDC external (model CE). External control signal from other controller must be supplied. 4. FC – ﬂow and pressure control. Setpoint interval with one duct temperature sensor, with ﬂow and pressure monitoring (model FC..), duct sensor must be installed in output air duct. If heater without installed electronic controller is supplied external controller should be used.
