2 Mounting bracket assembly Mount bracket assembly to j-box with provided machine screws. Drywall anchors are also provided for alternative mounting. Ensure that threads of the small screws are pointing downward. 3 Pull 12V leads from remote transformer from the j-box through the center hole of the mounting bracket. Mounting Screws Main canopy plate Small screws should point downward For stem suspended fixtures go to step 4. Screw caps Connect the ground wire to the jbox Feed fixture socket wires from stem through the center hole of the canopy. Thread the stem into the coupler until it is secure. 4 5 Connect the socket leads to the 12V leads from the j-box. Place all wiring neatly inside the j-box opening. Raise the canopy up to the mounting plate so that the small screws poke through the small screw holes on the canopy plate. 6 For cable suspended fixtures skip to step 7. Secure the canopy plate to the mounting plate / j-box with the two included screw caps. Tighten by hand until the plate is flush against the mounting surface. Go to step 11. 7 Determine length of pendant wire and add 6” for wire connections. Cut the wire to length. 8 ! # !"## !# ! #!!$!" 10 Secure the canopy plate to the mounting plate / j-box with the two included screw caps. Tighten by hand until the plate is flush against the mounting surface. 11 9 Connect the socket leads to the 12V leads from the j-box. Place all wiring neatly inside the j-box opening. Raise the canopy up to the mounting plate so that the small screws poke through the small screw holes on the canopy plate. CAUTION Be sure to cut the pendant cable to size and discard any extra cable. Do not try to place extra cable slack inside of the canopy. Extra wire leads in the canopy will create overheating and resistance problem over time. Canopy installation is now Always disconnect power prior to installation or maintenance. Place the clear protective sleeve through the cable holder and tighten the set screw to secure the cable.
