Technical description Feeding section Two feeding options available – bottom suction feeder or Komfi feeding head. Bottom suction feeder enables continuous adding of sheets during machine run. Komfi feeding head -> trouble-free sheet feeding up to 20 m/min. System of guiding plates strengthens thin paper before lamination -> helps against wrinkling. Sheet misfeed sensor -> protects against film sticking to the pressure roll. Laminating section The side adjustable film unwinding shaft with a mechanical brake; a spread roll prevents folds on the film. The laminating cylinder is heated by IR heater. Advanced PID temperature regulation. The sheet overlap is electronically adjustable even during machine run -> easy to operate and precise solution. Key operation parameters are entered via a touch screen -> fast and comfortable. Pneumatic pressure system with independently adjustable pressure on both sides. Air cooling of counter pressure roll -> to be used with digital prints. Snapping and stacking section Built-in both roller and bar for perfect sheets decurling without surface scratching. Separation of sheets done by snapping roll with adjustable speed of rotation; built-in perforator and skewing wheel -> reliable and accurate solution. Built-in film perforator is located behind the pull roll.
