For each report the document provides a brief description of the purpose of the report. Primary Reports Advanced Volume The report can be useful for reallocating underused devices or replacing old or overused devices. It can help answer such questions as:  Do they have the right technology?  Are color devices being used for color printing?  Are multi-function printers being used to copy/print/scan?  Are there opportunities to reallocate or replace high volume / low duty cycle devices?  Are there opportunities to reallocate low volume / high duty cycle devices to high volume areas?  Are there opportunities to replace high life page count devices?  What percent of total pages are color pages?  Is this in line with the account’s print strategy? Advanced Volume (Unmanaged) This report can help answer such questions as:  What competitive devices have the highest page volumes?  Where are the best opportunities to get more pages under management? Coverpage This ‘report’ is actually just a cover page. November 22, 2010 PrintFleet Enterprise Report Summary CPC Report This is a text report based on a specified date range. Individual CPC charges are based on inputs from the CPC Assignment screen. Current Meters A text report that displays the available meters (standard and custom) based on a specified end date, and the last active date, for either managed or unmanaged devices for the selected group. Individual Misc. Supplies This is a graphical report that displays the level of a specified supply item (such as an imaging drum) for a single device over a specified time period. Individual Page & Toner This is a graphical report that displays black pages, color pages, and black, cyan, magenta, and yellow toner levels for a single device over a specified time period. Individual Page Count This is a graphical report that displays counts for total pages, monochrome pages, and color pages for a single device over a specified time period. Individual Toner Level This is a graphical report that displays black, cyan, magenta, and yellow toner levels (where applicable) for a single device over a specified time period. Meter Export Log This is a text report that displays messages from the Meter Export log. November 22, 2010 PrintFleet Enterprise Report Summary Power Usage A text report that displays fields related to the power cost of a selected group over a specified time period. It can help answer such questions as:  Are there any high energy devices, particularly with low page volumes?  Can any high energy cost-per-page devices be replaced? Toner Re-Order A text report that displays the device name, asset number, mono and color pages based on a specified start date, supply (toner) types, and current supply levels for the selected group. It can help answer such questions as:  What are their current supply needs?  Can you consolidate a shipment?  Can you sell a Just-in-Time supply contract?  Do you know how much inventory the account currently has? Custom Reports Active DCA Report This is a text report that displays information about Printer Data Collector Agents that have reported within the last three days. Admin-Group View Report This report will show the number of devices under specific groups split into (Active Managed, Total Managed, Unmanaged and Hidden) along with a total column for the total number of devices. November 22, 2010 PrintFleet Enterprise Report Summary Admin-Managed vs. Unmanaged by Manufacturer This report can help you:  Take a snapshot of overall managed vs. unmanaged pages.  Determine where the best opportunities are in unmanaged pages.  Track how managed vs. unmanaged changes over time.  Determine who the biggest competitor is. Admin-Managed vs. Unmanaged Totals This report lists the total number of Mono and Color pages printed by both managed and unmanaged devices during a specified period. This provides dealers with competitive intelligence on devices not currently under their management. Admin-Offline Devices This report lists devices that have not reported in the last 3 to 10 days. Admin - Model Match Summary This report lists device counts per model with model information. This helps a dealer determine how many SKUs their customer is using, and the number of purchase orders and invoices for print procurement. Admin - Model Match Summary – Unmatched Devices This report lists device counts for the devices that do not match with any printer model. This helps a dealer determine the total number of devices in the environment. Customer-Canon Current Meters This report lists current page counts related to various Canon meters for Canon devices. Customer-Cartridge Swap This report shows cartridge swap history for Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow toner cartridges for a device. November 22, 2010 PrintFleet Enterprise Report Summary Customer-Color vs Mono (Past 6 months) This report shows Color and Mono page totals for the past 6 months. This supports the end user print strategy to reduce color output and minimize mono print jobs being dedicated to color devices. Customer-Color vs. Mono by Month The report can help you:  Determine if the amount of color pages is appropriate in comparison to mono pages.  Control color costs.  Consolidate color machines if underused, or used primarily to print mono pages.  Develop a print/copy strategy – set a specific goal in terms of percent color printing to percent mono. Customer-Color vs. Mono Total This report shows Color and Mono page totals for the given time period. This supports the end user print strategy to reduce color output and minimize mono print jobs being dedicated to color devices. Customer-Coverage Report This report lists current coverage values for Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow toners. It supports the dealer in understanding the percentage of toner being put on a page. It helps you determine toner requirements, service costs and accurate CPP rates. Customer-Current Meter Values This report lists current page count breakdowns for the devices. November 22, 2010 PrintFleet Enterprise Report Summary Customer-Current Toner Levels This report helps answer such questions as:  What are the immediate supply needs?  Can a shipment be consolidated?  How much inventory do they already have?  Is there an opportunity to sell a Just-in-Time supply contract if customer is overloaded with inventory or constantly running out of toner? Customer-Devices Without Models Associated This report lists devices that do not have a printer model associated with them. Customer-Inactive Devices This report can help answer such questions as:  Are there opportunities to consolidate multiple low volume devices into one?  Do the inactive devices belong to you or your competitors? Customer-Manufacturer Breakdown This report can be run for any type of group (individual customer, account rep group, highest level (root) group). November 22, 2010 PrintFleet Enterprise Report Summary Customer-Manufacturer Volumes This report lists page totals distribution per device manufacturer (with a chart) for a given time period. This helps a dealer determine if the right devices are being utilized based on the manufacturer’s suggested volumes/duty cycle. Customer-Misc. Supplies Delta This report shows miscellaneous supply usage (delta) values for a given time period. Customer-Model Counts This report can help answer such questions as:  How many models are there in the environment?  Can they consolidate models by purchasing multi-function printers and lessen supply SKUs?  What devices is the competition placing? Customer-New Devices This report displays a list of any new devices detected. The report can help answer such questions as:  Does the customer know about the new devices on their network?  Are the new devices yours or your competitor’s? Customer-Offline Devices This report lists devices that have not reported in the last 3 to 10 days. Customer-Paper Jam Occurrence Report This report lists the number of paper jam occurrences for a given time period. Paper Jams sometimes do not get reported by the end user and are considered unscheduled “down time”. The report supports the dealer in making recommendations on high volume devices that don’t have these types of occurrences. November 22, 2010 PrintFleet Enterprise Report Summary Customer-Summary This report provides a quick overview of the status of the client’s printing environment. This is especially useful in an executive report if the client never looks past the first page. The report can help answer such questions as:  Are there any new devices?  If so, are they yours or your competitor’s?  Are there any stale devices?  Do you know why they are stale?  Is color vs. mono pages on track with their strategy? Customer - Toner Deltas This report shows toner usage (delta) values for a given time period. Customer-Top 10 Problem Devices This report can help answer such questions as:  Are any of the problem devices old and in need of replacement?  Are there any devices with an unusually high amount of errors or warnings? Customer - Top Volume Changes This report shows percent change in volume (positive or negative) compared to the previous month. DCAs Soon to Expire This report shows DCAs that are going to expire within 30 days. Device – Error Report This report shows metric error fields populated by devices in error states. November 22, 2010 PrintFleet Enterprise Report Summary Device-Snapshot (Current Meters) This report shows the current page-count breakdown for a device. Device Age This report lists the ages of devices (based on the introduction date for the model supplied by the device manufacturer). It supports the dealer’s recommendations on retirement, refresh and reallocation of devices. Export Errors This report shows information for failed exports for the current day. Group - New Customers This report shows customers who first reported data after the specified start date. Group DCA Semaphore Report This report shows all the semaphore commands completed for all DCAs under the group and sub groups. Hidden Devices This report lists hidden devices. Managed Vs Unmanaged Devices by Manufacturer This report can help you:  Take a snapshot of overall managed vs. unmanaged pages.  Track how managed vs. unmanaged changes over time. This report shows devices by manufacturer that the dealer has and does not have under contract. It supports the MPS Sales efforts in identifying the opportunities by manufacturer and subsequent recommendations on right sizing the fleet through standardization. Pending DCA Activations This report shows any DCAs that have not been activated. It can help answer such questions as:  Why is the device stale?  Are the stale devices yours or your competitor’s? Supply Order Report This report can be used to view previous supply orders. It helps the dealer in making recommendations on future supply requirements through trending toner usage/purchases. Toner Swap Summary This report lists the last toner swap for every cartridge, for every device. Utilization Report (Past 30 Days) This report lists utilization percent calculated based on the number of pages printed and the duty cycle.
