Printing with a Practum YDP40 Printer Type, Media: Thermal, Thermal Paper Connection: USB Equipment Supplied 1 Roll of Thermal Paper 1 Data cable (USB Mini-A to USB Type-B) 1 Power Supply 1 Line Cord for power supply Setting up the Printer and Balance Install the paper in the printer. With the printer power switch in the OFF position, connect the power supply to the printer and then connect the power supply to the power outlet.
With the power disconnected to the balance, connect the printer cable to the balance and printer. Turn the printer on. Connect the balance to its power supply and connect the power supply to the power outlet.
When the balance finishes booting, set the balance for the printer Touch: Menu key

Leave the printer connected to the power supply for at least two hours, to charge the batteries, before proceeding further. With the power disconnected to the balance, connect the YCC03-D09 data cable to the balance and printer. Connect the balance to its power supply and connect the power supply to the power outlet.
