PRO-DATA-100 Data Logging and Software Playback Suite PRODUCT OVERVIEW The PRO-DATA-100 is an interface module that serves as a multi-purpose data logger and information link between you, and your car. It bridges the gap between expensive data
loggers, and analysis software for the serious performance enthusiast. This vehicle monitoring system scans many inputs at high rates to ensure seamless data capture. The system can be used with modern computer controlled engines, or early model carbureted motors. The PRO-DATA-100 is capable of logging essential information such as Speed, RPM, Coolant Temperature, Fuel Level, as well as a number of critical vehicle parameters* at an affordable

The PRO-DATA-100 series system outperforms comparable loggers with 10 to 60 Hz polling rates and integrated GPS and accelerometers. Unlike other kits which require additional expenses for sensors, modules and harnesses, the 100 series kit includes standard components in one complete bundle. The system is capable of monitoring several inputs and illuminating a warning LED if the values are out of tolerance. The PRO-DATA series offers free downloadable skins and software updates.
The Playback display shows messages, warning indications, and critical engine data. All parameters are logged automatically on every startup and shut- down!
Choose options as you desire to personalize your kit car, early model hot rod, or late model sports car to monitor fuel pressure, oil pressure, or add a host of other intelligent features. Set your own warning levels to receive visual indications, and audible tones to minimize adverse vehicle events. Standard functions include data logging, playback software, user programmable warning limits, and an adjustable LED shift light. See the Product Specifications page for complete details. Receive free software updates via web download as new versions become available. Installation is simple, with support through phone, email, and instructional video if required. User manuals are included in PDF format with every product.

The PRO-DATA-100 uses a high capacity flash drive with a minimum of 32 Megabytes of data storage. Download vehicle data to your home computer through the standard USB 2.0 port. Expansion is easy with plug & play options that can be added at any time. View the current available add-ons below. Besides data logging, the PRO-DATA module is capable of monitoring important engine functions and alerting the driver if there’s a problem. While keeping the original appearance of your dash board and interior, an LED will illuminate when one or more user-set limits are exceeded. By editing a configuration file, such items as fuel level, engine temperature, and battery voltage can be monitored. With optional sensors added the PRO-DATA module can cover all critical operating aspects.

Use the optional liquid crystal display and control buttons to enhance the reporting capability. Scroll through messages or configure the display to show specific sensor data. The USB 2.0 port allows connection to your personal computer for downloading, configuring, and troubleshooting your system.

SPORTMODE DISPLAY – DIGITAL TACHOMETER Use this mode to obtain digital readouts for RPM, and SPEED. The shift light feature also flashes an indication on the Tachometer gauge when the threshold is reached.
STATUS UTILITY Use the Status Utility program to check sensor response, or for troubleshooting purposes. The Status Utility is included with the DATA module software suite. Sensor data is logged automatically with every engine startup, and shutdown.

PRO-DATA-100 Data Logging and Software Playback Suite Playback Software continued… VIDEO MODE PLAYBACK The Video Mode can be loaded on most Windows based computers to help analyze your car’s performance. Supported video formats include: MP4, MOV, and AVI. Use the log file generated by the PRO-DATA module to study your driving skills.
Play, pause, reverse, and step through each frame of video to pin-point an moment in time. Use this tool to find limits of your vehicle or help tune the suspension, engine, and braking set-ups to name a few.

12 Month Limited Warranty Procision-Auto Inc. warrants to the consumer that all Procision-Auto products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months from date of the original purchase. Products that fail within this 12 month warranty period will be repaired or replaced at ProcisionAuto’s option to the consumer, when it is determined by Procision-Auto that the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts in the Procision-Auto product line. In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the Procision-Auto product, nor shall Procision-Auto be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages or costs incurred due to the failure of this product. Warranty claims to Procision-Auto must be transportation prepaid and accompanied with dated proof of purchase. All implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the said 12 month warranty period. Breaking the instrument seal, improper use or installation, accident, water damage, abuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. Procision-Auto disclaims any liability for consequential damages due to breach of any written or implied warranty on all products manufactured by Procision-Auto.
