This checklist is designed to ensure the professional installation, service and care for this premium product. Failure to complete and return this form may result in our warranty being voided. If you have any questions please contact the service agent listed on the top of the boiler. Please leave this reference document for your client. Please clearly complete the following detail in block capitals then scan or photograph pages 1 & 2 and return this

4) Location details: a) Static hot water pressure: (measured locally to the product) b) Domestic hot water system type: (example: gravity fed (vented), combination boiler, pressurised) c) Water hardness value: (tested from an unfiltered & unsoftened cold water source, write the hardness in English Clarke scale only)
5) Pre Installation details: a) Delivery condition (confirm the boiler product has been delivered without visual or physical damage and all parts are present) b) Delivery condition (confirm the tap product has been delivered without visual or physical damage and all parts are present) c) Incoming cold water pressure (please state value in Bar) d) Hot & Cold 15mm feeds (are suitably located and have service (isolation) valves) e) Hot & Cold feeds flushed (flush until clear) f) Vent to sink drain connection (the location and size is suitable to connect the vent pipe) g) Electrical socket (the socket is available and located so it can be used at all times) h) Tap hole size & position (the size and position is suitable for the product to be installed) i) Installation space (sufficient space is available to install and service the product)
6) Filter Installation details: a) Bypass setting (confirm the bypass valve has been adjusted to suit the local water conditions, supply the number the bypass dial was set to) b) Filter location (sufficient space is available to install and replace the filter cartridge)
7) Post Installation / commissioning details: a) Ambient filtered flow rate (confirm the flow rate of filtered water is adjusted to 2 litres / minute) b) Domestic hot maximum water flow rate (What is the approximate flow rate in litres per minute?)
