Indala Proximity Readers Product Description Nortech Control Systems supplies and supports a range of Indala proximity readers together with a variety of proximity credentials. These readers offer a reliable high-level of security using a well proven proprietary 125kHz proximity technology. The electronics are sealed in UL approved epoxy potting material, making them weatherproof and vandal resistant. For even greater protection against vandalism, Nortech have developed a stainless steel vandal proof version of the slim reader. A maximum reading distance of 300mm can be achieved with the mid-range reader. The readers are available with data outputs in Wiegand, ISO (Track 2) Clock & data and serial data formats, making it simple to upgrade existing sites to proximity technology using existing wiring.
