REVERSE ENGINEERING 3D SCANNING We can digitize a physical object via 3D scanning. This produces a mesh which can be 3D printed or machined. •High-Resolution •Full Color •Cost-Effective
ENGINEERING The mesh produced by 3D scanning can be used to design a solid or a parametric model. This is useful for making design changes or designing tooling.
VERIFICATION The new model can be compared to the original 3D scan data, using a color map to illustrate any deviation.
QUALITY CONTROL 3D SCANNING 3D scanning can produce a model of your production parts, including any shrinkage or warping. •High-Resolution •Full Color •Cost-Effective
ANALYSIS We can overlay 3D scanning data onto your original part CAD and generate a color map illustrating any deviation between the two models. With this we can help you identify the cause of production errors.

ANALYSIS / INSPECTION We use state-of-the-art equipment and software to give you greater insights into your parts or designs. Test the feasibility of a design before making a prototype, make sure your production parts are within tolerance, find wear patterns in your tooling and more.
FEA
CFD
Finite Element Analysis allows you to visualize any operational stresses, strains and displacements that may occur within your parts or assemblies. You can evaluate the feasibility of your designs before you even produce your first prototype.
With Computational Fluid dynamics you can visualize the flow and pressure of fluids within your designs. One of the most common applications is predicting the flow of plastic in a mold.
Scan to CAD Inspection
CMM Inspection
Overlay a 3D scan of a manufactured part over your original design. A color plot is generated to show deviations between the two models. Can be used to identify the cause of various manufacturing defects, such as warping or shrinking.
Coordinate Measuring Machines are the most accurate method of determining position, flatness, parallelism, concentricity, straightness, perpendicularity, and angles. Equipment is accurate to less than one ten thousandth of an inch.

MultiJet
Like PolyJet and SLA, MultiJet parts are produced from liquid resins which are cured by UV light. MultiJet technology lays down each layer of material as an array of droplets, similar to a dot matrix printer. At 900 dots per inch, MultiJet is able to provide exceptional accuracy and detail.

POLYJET PolyJet is at the cutting edge of additive manufacturing technology, producing parts from liquid resins that are solidified by UV light. PolyJet support material is soft and wax-like, making it easy to remove. This allows for complex internal and external geometries. A smooth surface finish and a variety of both rigid and rubber-like materials make PolyJet ideal for cosmetic prototypes. Because PolyJet uses thermosets rather than thermoplastics, the more durable PolyJet materials can be used for 3D printed tooling.

Stereolithography Stereolithography (SLA) produces parts by curing resins with UV light. SLA offers high accuracy and is capable of reproducing detailed features. Parts made with SLA have a smooth surface finish with no visible layer lines and can be given a number of custom finishes including paint and electroplating. The high accuracy and smooth surface of SLA parts makes them ideal for applications such as design evaluation and fit testing. Transparent SLA materials are great for prototyping parts like lenses, windows, or transparent enclosures.

SLS Selective laser sintering, or SLS, produces parts by using a laser to melt and fuse powdered polymers. SLS materials are durable, flexible and heat resistant, making SLS great for functional prototypes. Demanding applications such as snap fits and living hinges are easily achievable with SLS materials. Because SLS produces parts with a smooth surface finish, using no support structures, it is ideal for cosmetic prototypes with complex geometry.

ColorJet ColorJet 3D printing technology produces models in full CMYK color while maintaining precision and detail. While these models can only be produced from a single material, the advantage is that your prototype can look like the finished product without post processing. Any image, such as logos, labels and decals can be perfectly replicated on ColorJet parts.

CONCEPT MODELS
VISUALIZATIONS
ColorJet is a cost-effective solution for producing full-color concept models for design evaluation or marketing purposes.
The results of finite element analysis can be exported as a full-color model that can be 3D printed, giving you deeper insight into any potential problems with your design.
CASTING PATTERNS
ARCHITECTURAL MODELS
Because of the low cost of ColorJet materials, the technology is wellsuited to producing large parts such as patterns for investment casting.
With it’s high XY resolution, short layer heights, and low cost to operate, ColorJet is great for architectural models.
