Items (11) & (48) - Clutch adjustment procedure A) After mechanism (48) is assembled to motor / gearbox sa, tighten nut (40) onto mechanism (clockwise looking at mechanism) until locked. B) Back off nut one click. C) Assemble adjuster ring (11) with the "Drill" symbol aligned with the arrow on the gearbox housing, and place into clamshell half. Item 7, switch: Do not trap the foam seal between the clamshells. Item 12 chuck: Tighten to 10.0 - 11.0 Nm. Item 13 screw: Tighten to 2.5 - 2.9 Nm. Items 16 & 17 screws: Tighten to 0.56 - 0.67 Nm. Item 18, screw: Tighten to 1.5 - 2.0 Nm . Batteries (866): The original specification is 1.25AH, however these units will be serviced with the standard Service battery pack which is specified at 2.0AH. This means that the charging time will increase from 35 minutes to 60 minutes, but the customer will enjoy a longer run time.
