Introduction Thank you for purchasing the Trimfast Trimmer. Cut paper, film or foil with a smooth slicing action with the Trimfast range of trimmers. All trimmers are made to an extremely high standard and offer a simple and safe method of operation. Each trimmer features a rotary blade and automatic clamping, as well as a blade guard. Our A1, A0, 1.5m and 2m models also include a fitted stand for easier use. Please read these instructions carefully before starting to use the system to ensure you get the best results and are competent at operation. Please read these instructions carefully. Note the safe operational requirements, warnings and cautions. Use the product correctly and with care for the purpose for which it was intended. Failure to do so may cause damage or personal injury, and will invalidate the warranty. Please keep instructions safe for future use. Keep this product out of the reach of children. This trimmer is intended for trimming paper. Do not use the product for any other purpose. Keep hands away from the blade to avoid injury. Keep loose items eg. jewellery, clothing, neckties etc away from the blade to avoid personal injury or damage to the product. Do not attempt to dislodge jammed debris with a pointed object. Always operate the trimmer on a flat, level, steady surface to avoid it overturning. Do not hang or wall-mount the trimmer. This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors. To avoid damage to the trimmer remove paper clips and staples from papers before trimming. Never lubricate the cutting blade. Do not expose product to water or other liquids. Never operate the trimmer without the blade guard in place. Never carry the trimmer by the blade. Never carry the trimmer by the cutting handle. Always ensure the blade lock is secure when the product is not in use.

Contents After unpacking the Trimfast Trimmer, check to make sure that there is no damage.
General Maintenance To avoid damaging the product, never clean the trimmer with water or other liquids. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Dust with a soft cloth, with caution around the blade.

Operating the trimmer
1. Set and remove the paper guide as above.
2. Press and fix the paper guide
3. To avoid breaking the paper guide, do not lift it directly from the measuring scale.
4. Place the paper under the clamp.
5. Adjust the paper guide to its correct position, depending on your paper size.
6. Press and slide the rotary blade head forward or backwards to cut the paper.
Replacing the blade
1. Use the provided allen key to remove the screws.
2. Carefully remove the cutter set.
3. Carefully slide the new cutter set onto the bar. Be sure to secure the inside washer.

4. Use the allen key to secure the bar into place.

Warranty & Incorrect Use IMPORTANT INFORMATION Your Trimfast Finishing System should reach you in perfect condition, however please retain all of the original packaging once you have unpacked your Finishing System in case you need to return it for repair. If your system arrives damaged or faulty in anyway, this must be reported to your supplier immediately. If the Finishing System is sent back for repair under warranty and is damaged in transit due to faulty packaging your warranty may be void. Your Finishing System is guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase covering defective parts and general wear and tear; it does not cover any damage to the blades. E&O.E
