DSR switches let you remotely manage and power cycle connected devices, and provide external modem support when the network is down. 8 DSR1021 switch – 8 ports – Ideal for higher concentrations of servers in the branch office and future growth. 8 DSR1022 switch – 4 ports – Cost effective remote server management option. 8 DSR1024 switch – 1 port – Small footprint and 1 port access is ideal for simple configurations in very limited spaces (such as ATMs or single server installations). Add-on software licenses are offered for 1, 5, 10, 25 and 50 users. Spoke, hub and user licenses are also available in various configurations as well as power management option licenses and various data logger license fees for 8, 32, 64, 128 and 256 concurrent user connections. ENTERPRISE KVM SOLUTIONS DSR KVM over IP switches provide remote access and management of all connected servers in the data center. Various models are available, some with Virtual Media capability. These models are offered in 16- and 32-port configurations with 1, 2, 4 or 8 digital users and 1 local user. ANALOG KVM MATRIX SOLUTIONS FOR THE DATA CENTER: Analog KVM matrix switching provides real-time access to local computing resources. The technology is implemented in many cases where users require high quality real-time video connections to multiple computers, as in test labs, design environments and broadcast studios. In other cases the technology may be used to manage small single location data centers because of simplicity of installation and setup. Analog KVM matrix switching may also be found in larger data centers as a local analog backup connection to the KVM over IP management system. AMX KVM Switches Avocent AMX® analog KVM switching solutions simplify access, increase your control and deliver optimal real-time video to your desktop. The user station connects to your multi-platform KVM peripherals (PS/2 or USB) and sends the KVM signals over an industry-standard UTP cable to Avocent AMX5000, AMX5010, AMX5020 and AMX5030 analog matrix switches. This UTP connectivity and analog switching technology provides multi-user access and control to any server in your KVM matrix system. AMX 5111, 5121, 5130 User Stations AMX user stations automatically compensate for varying UTP cable types and lengths such as CAT 5, CAT 5e and CAT 6 including GigaFlex. The AMX5121 and AMX5130 user stations’ design adjusts for skew between RGB signals each time a switch is made to a server.
