Connect the charger Please connect the charger and your watch. 5 Charging Connect the charger. Please adjust the contact area between the charger and the watch. Make sure that the watch is in contact with the charger. 6 Charging Insert the micro-USD cable into the watch charging stand. Connect the USD cable with a power source. A “Charging” icon will be shown on the screen. When the charging is completed, a “Full” icon will be shown on the screen. A full charge will take only one and half hours. When the remaining charges are not sufficient, a “Low charges” icon will be shown on the screen. 7 Getting APP Getting watch APP: To setup your watch with a mobile device, you must first get the watch APP. Search for 3Plus Activity Tracker in the App Store or the Android store. Download and install the APP in your mobile device. iOS 7+,Bluetooth 4.0 BLE,iPhone 4s+,iPad3+, iPad Mini+,iPod touch5+ Android 4.3 + ,Bluetooth 4.0 BLE 8 Connecting APP 1. Turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile device; 2. Open the 3Plus Activity Tracker App on your mobile device. If you are a new member, please register or login with an existing account. Click “Setup” after entering your personal information; 3. Make sure that the watch is located nearby. Select SWIPE from your Bluetooth menu; 4. A connection request will be shown on your mobile device. Push the “A” button on your watch to accept the connection; 5. When the watch is connected successfully, both your watch and mobile device will receive a notification. If the connection is not successful, please repeat the same steps. The connection is a one-time process. If you would like to connect the watch with other account, you must cancel the existing connection first. 9 Summary B button A button A button: Push once to reduce volume; Push and hold to open Bluetooth to connect phone; B button: Push once to increase volume (Button A must be pushed once first); Push and hold to turn on/ off the device Push once at the standby interface to check your sleep data or to exit Push once at the activity data screen to return to standby interface; All button operations will work only when the screen is on: Cautions: 1. Make sure that the charger has been inserted correctly into the charging port on your watch. 2. If you experience issues such as phone connection failure, abnormal operation, or frozen screen, turn off and on the device or recharge your device to resolve the issue. 3. Charge your device regularly to avoid depletion of battery and clock resetting. 10 Booting up the device Push A button once to boot up the screen. The watch screen will go off when not in use. Push A button once to boot up the device. 11 Screen operation All screen operations can be done by pushing the buttons and sliding the screen up and down with your finger tip. Slide up Slide down Push B button to check your sleep data. Tips: If you are not sure what to do on a specific screen, try pushing the button or swiping up or down to switch to another interface. 12 Main menu Time, date Steps Distance Calories Push A button once or slide up and down the screen to change the interface. 13 Clock interface Time, date, battery charges Time and date on your watch will be automatically synchronized with the connected mobile device. You can also setup your preferred time and date manually through the settings of 3Plus Activity Tracker APP. Please make sure that the battery charges on your watch is sufficient to avoid resetting of the time. 14 Steps, calories, distance Steps Distance Calories The watch can monitor the steps and the distance you have walked throughout the day, as well as the calories you have burnt. You can check the data shown on the watch screen. You can also monitor your activity data and historical record at the “Activity” section of the 3Plus Activity Tracker APP. You can track the progress of your daily target at the main interface. You can retrieve your daily, weekly, and monthly detailed chart by tapping the activity column once. The watch will display daily data. The activity tracker will be reset daily at midnight. If you would like to upload your latest activity data, please tap the upper right “Synchronize” icon in your 3Plus Activity Tracker APP. 15 Sleep mode Press and hold the B button when the screen is on to enter sleep mode. Check your sleep data at standby interface. Push B button once to check your sleep data or to exit; Push and hold B button at the standby interface to enter sleep mode. Start sleeping: “Entering sleep mode” interface will appear and sleep monitoring will begin. This interface will remain for 2 seconds before returning to the standby interface. A “Sleep” icon will appear at the standby interface. You can exit the sleep mode by shaking your device. And the “Sleep” icon will no longer be displayed on the standby interface. 16 Battery charges You can check the battery charges at the main interface. To ensure the optimal functionalities, please make sure that the battery charges are not lower than 20%. 17 Notifications SMS push Email notifications Missed call reminders Social media reminders Calendar push Bluetooth disconnection The watch can display notifications from incoming call, missed call, SMS, email, social media, calendar event, device-tracking function. Open the 3Plus Activity Tracker App, single-tap “Setting” > “Notifications” to select the notifications you wish to receive on your watch. If you would like to dismiss a certain notification, slide the select button leftwards. Then, dismiss the notification by single-tapping your watch screen. If the notification is not dismissed, it will reappear next time you turn on the screen. 18 Voice call pairing First, connect your watch with your phone; Push and hold the A button for 5 seconds when the watch screen is on, The following icon “ pairing state. ”and the device will enter Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone setting; Go to your phone Bluetooth menu and select “Search for device” or “Find audio device” Select “Confirm”; Your device “TOUCH” will be displayed on your phone screen, Confirm the connection; A message to confirm the connection will be displayed on your phone screen. Select “Yes”; A small phone icon will be shown on the upper corner of your watch. It will also vibrate once, and simultaneously display the “Connection successful” on the screen. It will return to the standby interface after the successful connection. A Bluetooth status icon will be displayed on the standby interface as following: If the connection is not successful, a reminder will be displayed. Reminder screen: 19 Calling out Outgoing call: Push and hold button A to call a new number or to call the latest available number in the record, An outgoing call icon will be displayed. This function cannot be used when the current record is blank. Call ended: The “Call ended” screen will remain for 2 seconds before returning to the standby interface. During a call: Display: Call duration Call ended: This screen will remain for 2 seconds before returning to the standby interface. 20 Reminder Sport Sleep Eat Wake up Medicine Custom reminder Add new reminder by clicking on the “Reminder” section of your 3Plus Activity Tracker APP. You can set up to 6 types of daily reminders, as well as selecting the type, preferred time, and date. The watch will vibrate slightly and display the corresponding reminder. Single-tapping the watch will dismiss the reminder. If you haven’t dismiss the reminder, it will reappear in 2 minutes. 21 Goal Select the “Goal” section of the 3Plus Activity Tracker APP to set up your goals for daily walking steps, distance, calorie burnt, and sleeping hours. Single-tap the upper right synchronization button will save your goal settings. When your goal is reached, your watch will vibrate slightly and display the “Goal achieved” icon. 22 Volume adjustment When the screen is on: Push A button once to reduce volume; Push B button once to increase volume (Button A must be pushed once first); 5 stages of volume adjustment are available. The volume bar and the display number will change simultaneously during volume adjustment. The screen will return to the original interface after 2 seconds without any operation. Two modes are available: 1. Vibration + tone 2. Vibration only Note: If the “Vibration + tone” mode is selected, both music and vibration reminder are available when an incoming call is received or a song is played. If the “Vibration only” mode is selected, no music will be played under both of these two cases. Only vibration reminder will be available.
