Liberator II™ tactical headset systems
Tactical Communications with Digital Hearing Protection
As the flagship headset of the TCI product line, the Liberator II™ tactical headset provides an exceptional convergence of communications and hearing protection and is rugged enough to meet military durability standards.
the tci difference:
The Electronic Hearing Protection System, which includes the REV6 processor, comprises two exclusive technologies: Digital Threat Compression Technology (DTCT) which safely reduces hazardous specific harmful sounds approximately 82 dB without dampening all sounds in the environment and Digital Situational Awareness Enhancement (DSAE) which allows the operator to localize sounds in their environment even while receiving incoming communications and while hearing protection is active. The end result of this technology is 360 degrees of ambient sound reproduction and phenomenal acoustical situational awareness. These technologies provide the overall highest performance and are the most accurate method of environmental sound localization. This aids in threat identification and is effective because it closely replicates natural hearing while providing instantaneous protection automatically.

Liberator III™ suite DUAL COMMUNICATION HEADSETS
Dual-Comm Tactical Communications with Digital Hearing Protection
The Liberator III™ dual communication tactical headset series provides the same exceptional communications and hearing protection of the Liberator II headset system while providing dual communications capability. There are three common variations of the Liberator III tactical headset each with unique characteristics, capabilities and benefits, yet customized versions are also offered by TCI upon request: • Liberator III ITJCS Suite - A modular system designed for military and defense customers • Liberator III Basic Suite – A scaled-down modular version of the ITJCS suite • Liberator III Lite System – A system designed for military ground operations, law enforcement and private security
the tci difference:
The Electronic Hearing Protection System, which includes the REV6 processor featured in the Liberator II, comprises two exclusive technologies: Digital Threat Compression Technology (DTCT) which safely reduces hazardous specific harmful sounds to approximately 82 dB without dampening all sounds in the environment and Digital Situational Awareness Enhancement (DSAE), which allows the operator to localize sounds in their environment even while receiving incoming communications and while hearing protection is active. These technologies provide the overall highest performance and are the most accurate method of environmental sound localization. This aids in threat identification and is effective because it closely replicates natural hearing while providing instantaneous protection automatically. TCI’s ambidextrous and streamlined Push-to-Talk (PTT) equipment provides enhanced Dual Communications Functionality by eliminating unnecessary cables and components. Rather than using two separate PTT and headset cables, the TCI PTT provides a single headset cable and a single PTT enclosure with color-coded buttons to simplify communications allowing the operator to focus on their mission and not their equipment.

Liberator III™ Series Configurations
Tactical Communications with Digital Hearing Protection
Liberator III™ Lite Headset System
The Liberator III™ Lite version was created based upon requirements of military ground operations, law enforcement, and private security contractors. It can be fielded less expensively than the ITJCS or Basic variation and gives the operator a less modular dual communications system at a competitive price. With many of the same features and benefits of the ITJCS, the dual push-to-talk assembly is equipped with hardwired 17” coiled cables giving maximum flexibility to the user. Customized variations are offered.
Liberator III™ Basic Headset Suite
The Liberator III™ Basic version was created to provide customers with a scaled-down version of the ITJCS, but with the ability to extend the cable options of the system as needed. In fact, it offers many of the same features of the ITJCS, including the integrated Cobra microphone and lip light, but eliminates some of the interface cables giving the operator a less costly option. The Liberator III™ Basic can easily be upgraded with any of the desired cables from the ITJCS at any time and with no modification of the system whatsoever.
Liberator III™ ITJCS Headset Suite
The Liberator III™ Integrated TACP/JTAC Communications Suite (ITJCS) is the headsets system of choice for military operators needing a comprehensive, modular and easy to configure dual-communication headset system. This modular and highly flexible “Multi-Comm” communication package allows deployment of multiple radios. The Liberator III ITJCS also enables an operator to rapidly transition between additional radios using the convenient interface transition feature. Liberator III ITJCS was designed and engineered by TCI with direct input from members of the U.S. Air Force TACP, JTAC, Special Forces and Special Operations communities based upon current and emerging capability requirements associated with software defined digital radios and modern force multiplication practices. VoIP, RoIP and USB audio cables are also available for use on IP concentric systems.

Liberator Series Headset Conversion Kit
Adapts Liberator II and III Headsets for use with High-Cut Helmets The Liberator II™ and Liberator III™ Behind-the-Head (BTH) Attachment Kit for high-cut ballistic helmets allows operators to attach their Liberator II or III tactical headset to the outside of their helmets while preserving valuable helmet rail space for other gear. This versatile system allows operators to don their headset and helmet simultaneously while also providing the ability to quickly detach the headset from the helmet to place on another compatible helmet or wear the headset independently.
the tci difference:
TCI offers operators adjustability, modularity and comfort with its cost-effective headset conversion kit by avoiding the use of limited rail space on the exterior of ballistic helmets. Other attachment systems obligate the rail system for the headset, as opposed to equipment intended for rail mounting, protrude outside the normal width of the helmet making them prone to breakage, difficult to adjust, become less effective over time and impossible to remove quickly.
lightweight
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
• Compatible with most high-cut ballistic helmets • Not designed for standard or mid-cut helmets without cutout above mid-point of the earcup of headset • Sold as a Pair (two required per headset) • Kit does not include loop fastener (Velcro®) for helmet • Made in U.S.A. and Berry Amendment Compliant • Colors: Coyote Tan, Ranger Green or Black

TABC III™ & TABC III™ Dual Comm Tactical Headset Systems
Tactical Communications with Bone Conduction Technology
The TABC III (Tactical Assault Bone Conduction) headset is a binaural headset with dual bone conduction transducers providing excellent perception of natural sound without impairing peripheral hearing or affecting situational awareness. The TABC III offers exceptional performance, comfort and durability in a smaller silhouette for tactical teams seeking TCI bone conduction technology in a robust package.
the tci difference:
TCI’s proprietary binaural Dynamic Audio Resonance System (DARS) provides pristine audio fidelity directly to the cochlea through the mandible (jaw) bone using mass bone vibration. This technology allows audio to bypass the eardrum and be picked up by the auditory nerve. As a result, the TABC III headsets offer a potential benefit to individuals with certain types of hearing loss since audio produced by the headset is delivered directly to the cochlea.

Modular Tactical Communications with Adaptability
The TECS™ (Tactical Enforcement Communication System) was originally designed to meet the needs of Special Enforcement Units and tactical personnel seeking a modular headset system for diverse missions. TECS Headsets are an exceptional foundation for the latest generation of tactical communications because of this inherent modularity.
the tci difference:
lightweight
An outstanding benefit of the TECS system is that it can be costeffectively re-configured with another TCI tactical headset at any time with no additional modification needed. The TCI PTT supplied with your TECS is extremely modular and can be used with a variety of other TCI headsets. A common example of this occurs when customers initially purchase TECS and then add a Liberator II headset to the system later. This combination provides customers with the ability to deploy TECS for certain types of missions and Liberator II when hearing protection is needed.

M.A.S.T.™ Version 2 Quick Disconnect Version MILITARY - MBITR/PRC-152/PRC-154 Designed with a BNC Male connector at the radio end of the cable and comes with a compatible TNC/BNC adapter that screws into the antenna port of the radio. The Version-2 cable and adapter combo allow for either the rapid transition from the LOS antenna to a separate SAT antenna or, with a second Version-2 kit, the transition between two different LOS antennas (i.e. UHF High/VHF Low). The Version-2 kit can be extremely useful for communicators that require optimum communications on air to ground and ground to ground nets with the same radio. Since no one antenna is perfect throughout the full frequency range of a radio, the ability to rapidly change between different antennas while ensuring they are both securely attached and ideally located can save valuable time on the objective.
