A concentrated pretreatment exclusively formulated to produce maximum suspension in heavily soiled areas or traffic lanes.
TRAFFIC LANE CLEANER
Butler Maximum Traffic Lane Cleaner is a concentrated blend of selected surfactants, builders, softeners and solvents for quicker soil removal and improved cleaning results. Butler Maximum Traffic Lane Cleaner works to emulsify soils and suspend them to the surface for easier removal. Recommended for use on colorfast, synthetic and non-stain-resistant carpet. MIXING: Dilution Ratio: 1 part Butler Maximum Traffic Lane Cleaner to 16 parts water (the equivalent of 8 fluid ounces per 1 gallon of water). USING A HIGH PRESSURE SPRAY APPLICATOR: Use the Butler High Pressure Spray Applicator, Hydro-Force pressure sprayer or equivalent with an 8005 spray jet, white metering tip and set the machine pressure to 400-600 PSI. Fill the 5-quart container with undiluted Butler Maximum Traffic Lane Cleaner. USING A PUMP-UP OR ELECTRIC SPRAYER: Mix 8 fluid ounces of Butler Maximum Traffic Lane Cleaner per 1 gallon of warm to very warm water. APPLICATION: Apply solution warm to hot. A moderate pH level produces maximum performance on sensitive fibers, while maintaining the anti-stain properties of the carpet fiber. Recommended for use on stainresistant and wool carpets. Butler Maximum Truckmount Detergent is an exclusive formulation of surfactants, alkaline builders, foam controlling agents, corrosion inhibitors and deodorants for use as a primary rinse or “flushing” agent for suspended soils following the application of Butler Maximum Traffic Lane Cleaner. Recommended for use on colorfast, non-stain-resistant residential or commercial carpet.
Butler Maximum Oriental • Wool • Stain-Resistant Truckmount Detergent is a concentration of surfactants, foam controlling agents, corrosion inhibitors, deodorants and color stabilizers for use as a primary rinse for suspended soils. Recommended for use on oriental, wool, non-colorfast and stain-resistant carpets and on fine upholstered fabrics.
Mixing: Dilution Ratio: 1 part Butler Maximum Truckmount Detergent to 426 parts water (the equivalent of 11/2 fluid ounces per 5 gallons of water).

A hot water extraction detergent for use as a primary “rinse” or flushing agent in a truckmount or portable extraction machine that is capable of using dissolved powdered detergents.
An exclusive pretreatment formulated to penetrate, breakdown, decompose and digest caked on proteins, fats, oils, starches and greases.
Butler Maximum Powder Truckmount Detergent is an exclusive, concentrated formulation containing surfactants, emulsifiers, alkaline builders, foam-controlling agents, corrosion inhibitors and deodorants. Recommended for use on all types of colorfast carpet, including non-stain-resistant, wool and oriental carpet. Mixing: Dilution Ratio: Thoroughly dissolve 1 ounce by weight (the equivalent of 1/2 level measuring scoop scoop enclosed) of Butler Powder Truckmount Detergent per 5 gallons of warm water. USING THE BUTLER SYSTEM: Use only when the Butler System is equipped with the GPH Metering System. (See Below) USING TRUCKMOUNTS WITH GPH FLOW METERS: Mix a concentrated solution by thoroughly dissolving 4 ounces by weight, (the equivalent of 2 level measuring scoops - scoop enclosed) of Butler Maximum Powder Truckmount Detergent per 1 gallon of warm water. Set the detergent flow to meter 4 to 5 GPH. The injection rate should be 1 gallon of concentrated stock solution for every 20 gallons of water dispensed from the cleaning tool. USING IN A TRUCKMOUNT OR PORTABLE EXTRACTION MACHINE THAT DOES NOT USE A DETERGENT METERING SYSTEM: Thoroughly dissolve 1 ounce by weight (the equivalent of 1/2 level measuring scoop scoop enclosed) of Butler Powder Truckmount Detergent per 5 gallons of warm water. APPLICATION: Apply solution warm to hot depending on type of carpet fiber and cleaning method used. APPLICATION: Apply solution liberally on all areas of carpet to be cleaned. Allow 10 to 15 minutes after applying before beginning cleaning procedure. Butler Maximum Carpet Rinse is a concentrated, free-rinsing, acid pH, anionic, non-foaming agent formulated for use as a post treatment. It stabilizes dyes, reduces yellowing on stain-resistant carpets, prevents browning and helps dissolve urine residue. Recommended for use on most natural, synthetic and non-colorfast carpets. MIXING: Dilution Ratio: Carpet - 1 part Butler Maximum Carpet Rinse to 21 parts water (the equivalent of 6 fluid ounces per 1 gallon of water). Upholstery - Mix 4 fluid ounces of Butler Maximum Carpet Rinse per 1 gallon of water. USING A HIGH PRESSURE SPRAY APPLICATOR: Carpet - Use the Butler High Pressure Spray Applicator, Hydro-Force pressure sprayer or equivalent with an 8005 spray jet, white metering tip and set the machine pressure to 400-600 PSI. Fill the 5-quart container with undiluted Butler Maximum Carpet Rinse. A maximum performance formula to remove most odors found in carpet and upholstery. Available in apple, cinnamon or citrus scent.
A maximum performance carpet fragrance and room air freshener in apple or citrus scent.
Butler Maximum Orchard Fresh Deodorizer is an effective concentration to expel most odors caused by the prolonged exposure to moisture, urine, mildew, vomit, decaying foods and common household odors in carpet and upholstery. Apply Butler Maximum Orchard Fresh Deodorizer prior to the application of Butler Maximum Traffic Lane Cleaner or before any cleaning procedures are performed. Recommended for use on non-stain-resistant carpet. MIXING: Dilution Ratio: 1 part Butler Maximum Orchard Fresh Deodorizer to 8 parts water (the equivalent of 16 fluid ounces per 1 gallon of water). Dilute Butler Maximum Orchard Fresh Deodorizer with less water for more pronounced odors. USING PUMP-UP OR ELECTRIC SPRAYER: Mix 16 fluid ounces of Butler Maximum Orchard Fresh Deodorizer per 1 gallon of cool to warm water. APPLICATION: Apply diluted solution liberally to the affected area or entire carpet. Allow 5 to 10 minutes before beginning cleaning procedure. Use needle injector to apply directly into affected area if odor has settled into carpet backing or padding. NOTE: Butler Maximum Orchard Fresh Deodorizer is not intended for use as a room air freshener or for use as an additive with a cleaning agent. See Butler Maximum Carpet Fragrance and Freshener. DUCT CLEANING KIT The Cleanco IAQ duct cleaning system operates off of any make or model truckmount. The system has a unique dual action process that simultaneously brushes and vacuums. The scourning action of the four flexible nylon whippers, quickly removes dust and contaminants from most heating and air contitioning ducts. The nylon whippers are attached to a turbine-like core that is propelled by the vacuum. The spinning whippers work with the fixed brushes to scour the duct walls. MAXIMUM VOLUME AND VERSATILITY Cube Vans and Trucks for the Carpet, Fabric and Disaster Restoration Professionals Cube vans and trucks are the preferred choice of many carpet cleaning companies and restoration contractors who require a “Warehouse on Wheels.” The design and layout of the Butler System, including the optional 200-gallon Fresh Water Holding Tank and the 210-gallon Recovery Tank, utilizes only the first 7' of floor space. TERMS, CONDITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS It must be understood and agreed by you (the purchaser), prior to purchasing any product from The Butler Corporation, that you have read and comprehend the terms, conditions and obligations herein and that you agree to be bound by those terms, conditions and obligations, as well as, any and all of The Butler Corporation’s printed materials incorporated herein by reference.
