Playlists
Stage Display
A folder to house presentations. Playlists act as the home base for all of your files throughout a particular worship service. You can add any presentation to this: your announcement loops, worship lyrics, and sermon note slides.
Allows you to show lyrics and other information on additional display that’s only meant for those on your stage. Different stage display set ups can be created for different purposes. For example, worship lyrics only need to display the text large enough to be readable, but videos you may want people on stage to watch (and maybe you want a countdown for how much time is left on the video). This can be done by editing the Stage Display layouts in “Preferences > Configure Stage Display.”
Video / Image Bin A place to house your videos and graphics. These files can be imported into ProPresenter directly, or they can be brought in via hot folders, which link to a folder on your computer. To learn more, visit renewedvision.com/tutorials, click on “Working with Presentations” and then click “Media Organization and Effects.”
Quick Edit vs. Edit Slide Two ways of editing while live. QUICK EDIT is for basic text edits and can be accessed by selecting the slide that has an error (or misspelling), right clicking and selecting “Quick Edit.” This will allow you to only edit the text on a slide. Once you click out of the slide, you’ll have to select the slide again for the change to go live. EDIT SLIDE is for more advanced edits (adding images, more text, etc.). Right click on the slide, choose Edit Slide and make necessary edits to that one or any others in the presentation.

Announcement Loops A great way to have announcements for events looping before or after worship service. This streamlines whatever slides you select and allows you to have them go to the next slide or loop to the first. The Scheduling feature will start a particular presentation automatically at the time you set it. Learn more by visiting renewedvision.com/ tutorials, clicking on “Working with Presentations” and then click “Announcement Loops and Scheduling.”

Templates
A saving grace for formatting worship lyrics, sermon slides, Bible verses, and more. Creating templates for your presentations will keep everything cohesive and also ease your workflow. These designs can remain the same or can be changed per Sunday to keep the look of your service cohesive. A detailed video of how to do this can be found by going to renewedvision.com/tutorials, clicking on “Working with Presentations” and then click “Templates.”
Scripture Verses Importing Scripture verses. There is always the old fashion way of typing out verses (and you may need to do this if you don’t have a specific translation), but the use of the “Bibles” feature in ProPresenter will save you much time. It allows you pull in verses simply by searching the reference. Learn more by visiting renewedvision.com/ tutorials, clicking on “Working with Presentations” and then click “Working with Bibles.” Templates. Use those templates to help streamline the design of adding Scripture to your presentation. Useful Tip. Renewed Vision has Bibles available to be brought into ProPresenter. Details for purchasing Bibles can be found at renewedvision.com/bibles.
Importing PowerPoint Slides ProPresenter allows you to import PowerPoint files by going to “File > Import > Import PowerPoint.” This will import the presentation as images, but the text will not be editable. *An alternative solution is to export the slides as images from PowerPoint and then bring them in via the Audio/Image Bin.
Worship Songs/Lyrics Importing songs. Importing songs can be done through use of SongSelect or by copying your text and then clicking “File > Import > Import Text from Clipboard.” Setting up a standard two, or three, lines per slide will help keep the slides less cluttered. Reflow editor. Allows you to quickly make edits to all the text in your presentation without having to manually edit each slide. Make changes to the order of a slide, add varying groups (Verse 1, Chorus, Bridge, etc.), insert slide breaks, and much more. Learn more by visiting renewedvision.com/ tutorials, clicking on “Working with Presentations” and then click “Text Reflow.” Arrangements. Make multiple versions of a worship song, without having to duplicate that song in your library. This helpful tool allows you to rearrange sections of a song and add repeats easily. Learn more by visiting renewedvision.com/ tutorials, clicking on “Working with Presentations” and then click “Arrangements.” Useful Tip. SongSelect is great, cost effective resource. SongSelect allows you to search CCLI’s broad database of songs and import them directly into ProPresenter. Details for purchasing SongSelect can be found at us.songselect.com/about/get.
Exporting for Backup or Sharing Need to export a document for backup or sharing with another computer? Make sure all your presentations are in a playlist. Select desired playlist, then right click the name of the playlist, click “Export Playlist.” Then, check “Include Media within Presentations” and save it in desired location. This will also backup media files you used within the documents, such as videos and images, and help it open without missing files on another computer.
