Hesperus offers the following equipment in its A/V inventory. It is provided for use at no cost. However, damaged or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost.
PROVIDED CHAPEL/AUDITORIUM (150 seats) • 1 - Mackie 1402-VLZ PRO Mixer o 14-line input analog mixer (6 mono, 4 stereo); 6 mic inputs with XDR preamps o 2 Aux Sends with level, pan, and PFL solo o 4 Stereo Aux Returns plus effects to monitor • 2 - Mackie SR1530 - 15”, 500W, Powered Speakers • 2 - 55” LED Monitors • Video console o Input: we have the capability to take RCA, VGA, and HDMI input, which is converted/boosted over HDMI to our video monitors o 6 source switching o Audio source on videos is extracted and pre-mixed before being sent to audio mixer • DVD/VCR Player • Infrastructure to deliver A/V signal from sound booth to stage area TENT (250 seats) • 1 - Mackie 1604-VLZ4 Mixer o 16-ch analog mixer with 16 Onyx Mic Preamps o 4 Aux Sends Per Channel o 8 Direct Outputs • 2 - Mackie Thump15 - 15", 1000W, Powered Speakers • 2 - Epson EX7240 Projectors • Video Input: we have the capability to take VGA and HDMI input, which is converted/boosted over HDMI to our video projectors • DVD Player • Infrastructure to deliver A/V signal from sound booth to stage area GENERAL INVENTORY (used between venues) • 7 - Shure SM58 Dynamic Vocal Microphones w/ Switch • Microphone Stands w/ Fixed Boom • Microphone Cables • Music stands • Misc. video cables and extension cords (limited)

INTERNET CONNECTION: There is adequate cell signal for use of a personal hotspot on a cell phone. INSTRUMENT CABLES: We only stock a couple of ¼” cables, since most people who bring instruments have cables they prefer to use.
