Superior Proximity Passive card technology reading ranges rely solely upon power derived from the fields generated by the reader. Using Bewator’s patented Cotag® Hands-Free Technology cards and tags in conjunction with any of Bewator’s Cotag® Technology Proximity Readers, this reading range increases dramatically making traditionally short range proximity readers much more user-friendly and flexible. Bewator’s patented Cotag® Technology Readers can be used with both Active and Passive Technology cards & tags allowing customers to individually choose their preffered Bewator tag technology per user without compromise. With their stylish design which will appeal to architects and owners alike, is complemented by industry-leading reading ranges of up to 40cm. Installers too will like the surface mounting suitable for either internal and external installation and the straight forward configuration. Custom finished replacement covers are available in a vast range of styles and colours that are ideal to either facilitate DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) compliance where readers are required to be well contrasted against their surroundings for use by visually impaired users or simply to achieve a specific aesthetic look or feel. The PR100 is the Proximity Reading Head specifically designed for Bewator’s Granta Security Management System and Reader packs.
