To Access the Junior Grecians type this address into the URL bar on your browser http://ecfc.co/ecfcoffers You will be presented with a Captcha screen to confirm you are not a machine. Enter the letters shown into the box provided. You may need to click the box first then type the letters which are not case sensitive. You will then be presented with the Junior Grecians Group Portal password screen where you must enter the password provided by the Junior Grecians. PASSWORDS WILL BE EMAILED TO MEMBERS AT THE START OF THE SEASON AND WILL APPEAR HERE: http://juniorgrecians.co.uk/password 2. The Junior Grecians Offer Group Portal. This is the main Junior Grecian Group Portal page that shows the games available (1) and the stands and tickets (2). There are two stands available the family are on the Thatchers Big Bank all standing terrace or in the family area in the IP Office seating stand. You will need to select the one or two adults for the stand and match(es) you wish and then return to the portal to select the appropriate free Junior Grecian ticket. (If you require 2A + 2C you need to book as 1A + 1C in two separate transactions.) In this example we have highlighted the IP Office seating tickets for the Charlton Carabao cup. The info column shows the cost, the type of ticket selected and type seating or standing. Click the BUY link next to the Adult for the game and stand you wish. Select a seat from the green highlighted ones. In the example seat 14 on row F has been chosen (1) and the seat has been put in the basket (2). The map of the stadium (3) shows the position of the stands to the playing pitch. Now use the blue Group Portal button to return to the Junior Grecians main screen then using the BUY link next to the appropriate free Junior Grecian ticket to select the seat for them. The seat F 13 has been chosen for the Junior Grecian (1) so has turned red and been added to the basket (2). You may now choose to return to the portal to add tickets for another game or use the Buy Tickets to proceed to the confirmation check page. The offer is limited to one adult and free Junior Grecian per game so the Buy Tickets button is available. If you exceed the offer the Buy Tickets button will disappear. If you make a mistake you can use the delete check box in the basket next to the appropriate seat, then use the Delete button to remove the seat or the Cancel button to clear everything and start again. This provides a confirmation of your choices, shows the game, the date, stand price and type of ticket. The yellow progress bar shows the stages – we have now completed 3 of the 5. If you are happy you can proceed to Login and pay using the Confirm Order button, cancel the order using the Cancel button or return to the Junior Grecians portal to select other tickets. 2. Confirmation and Payment. As with many on-line services you need to have an account with the system. The Junior Grecians portal is part of the Exeter City ticketing service so if you have purchased tickets for them you will already have an account. If you have an account sign in using the appropriate Login and password (1) If not you will need to create one using the Create Account button (2). Once you have signed in or created the new account the final payment confirmation screen will be shown. The default delivery is first class post but you may choose a different option using the dropdown (1). The full details and total price to be charged will be shown at the bottom (2) The last four digits of the card that will be charged are shown in Billing Address box (3). In the example no card details are shown so we would need to use the Update Account button to provide these details. To place the order you must use the Submit Order button. If you wish to amend or cancel the order then use the Cart button to return to the previous screen to reopen the seat confirmation screen or the Group Portal to go to the Junior Grecian may page.
