PVS Troubleshooting Does the PVS power on Unplug, press the power button on screen for thirty seconds then reconnect power Does it change channels properly? Check coax cable Is there audio Turn Up the tv Try a different power supply. Scan Channels with tv properly set to cable or air. Disconnect controller and try again Does it scan all digital and analog channels Send to Tech Support Does it turn on Try a different controller Send to Tech Support Send to Tech Support Try replacing the audio jack with a different one(possible from another machine) The contrtoller does not work Check controls on tv. Check all cables and make sure they are seated properly Replace CSAFE cable Try a different CSAFE cable Send to Tech Support The tv signal is distored Check other channels Check coax cable Scan channels with tv properly set to cable or air Replace coax cable and rescan channels Send to Tech Support
