FEATURES MANUFACTURER Cubic Utilization Equipment — C·U·E Rack, stands for quality — Quality products, Quality service. C·U·E Rack leads the industry by using the latest design features to give you greater strength and flexibility for your dollar. Our years of manufacturing expertise coupled with our professional staff can design and manufacture a system that makes optimum use of your warehouse space. Our service is unbeatable — prompt delivery, with a commitment to making our products work for you. Quality products and service, two simple principles we’ve built our company around — C·U·E Rack.
FULL PERIMETER WELD Every beam has a full perimeter weld connecting beam to endplate. Full perimeter welds utilize the entire beam cross-section to transmit loads evenly to endplates, making the strongest possible connection. FRAMES Our unique “Seven” bend upright column with welded
horizontal and diagonal brace paces the industry in design and functionality. Teardrop style keyhole is the industry standard. The teardrop style keyhole provides a superior connection, which makes installation and beam height adjustments simple, prevents wedging and increases overall rack rigidity.
END PLATES C·U·E Beams use a minimum of three load bearing
studs on each end plate to transfer loads safely to upright columns. These studs, in conjunction with column keyholes, work together to draw beam end plates securely against the upright columns creating a tight connection that reduces rotation and sway. Drivein /Drive-thru support arms, 6 inch step beams, and mezzanine support beams all use four load bearing studs for added safety.
SAFETY CLIP When it comes to safety, our clips are outstanding
and that’s a safety feature in itself! Highly visible, zinc coated safety clips are easily distinguished on painted end plate, allowing you to instantly spot any partially disengaged connection. Safety clips lock beam in place preventing accidental beam dislodgement. Clips are simple to replace or disengage for quick adjustment.
KEYHOLE Our keyhole design provides a superior connection that is easy to install and allows beams to be adjusted on 2 inch centers. As bays are loaded, our keyhole actually transfers the load to increase friction at the beam-column interface creating more stability in the rack. FLEXIBILITY C·U·E Rack combines standard components with specially designed accessories to accommodate your most awkward storage applications. C·U·E Rack storage racks are for your every warehouse need. Contact your distributor today, and see what we can do.

SELECTIVE RACK
SELECTIVE RACK When product selectivity is of primary importance, C·U·E Rack selective racks are ideal. Selective racks are the sensible way to utilize cubic space in your warehouse. By moving up, instead of out, selective rack allows you to move your goods off the floor to a cleaner, safer environment, leaving floor space for profitable activities. C·U·E Rack frames and beams are manufactured to meet your specific size and capacity requirements. Single row pallet rack, back-to-back multi-level pallet rack and multi-level shelving are just a few of the many storage systems that can be constructed with selective rack. C·U·E Rack’s vast array of rack accessories can be easily incorporated with selective rack to accommodate an unlimited variety of storage applications. Special accessories can also be designed to handle your unique storage needs. C·U·E Rack’s boltless connections facilitate quick and simple assembly, saving time and money.

SELECTIVE RACK ACCESSORIES A
FRONT TO BACK SUPPORTS prevent pallets from falling through the rack should they be misplaced. Also used to support shelving material. Flanges are provided as a standard.
B
RACK PROTECTOR protects uprights from fork truck collisions. Anchors to floor in front of upright, not directly to column leg. Recommended color – SAFETY ORANGE. It makes sense to protect your investment.
STANDARD ROW SPACERS are used to maintain desired spacing between back-to-back rows of selective pallet rack. Accommodates product overhang and prevents back-to-back rows from “walking” into each other.
STANDARD WALL TIES are placed between upright column and wall to maintain desired spacing. Accommodates product overhang and prevents rack from “walking”up against a wall.
C AISLE SUPPORTS FORK ENTRY BARS raise non palletized loads above beam level allowing fork lift access.
D
IMPACT PANELS SKID CHANNELS are designed to support wire baskets, corrugated containers or other special storage containers that have legs. Channel sits over front and rear beams for easy location and adjustability.
E
are used to support catwalks and entire mezzanine platforms. Aisle supports simply hook over main beams to bridge an aisle or mezzanine. Easy to install and adjust.
HEAVY DUTY DRUM CRADLES sit over front and rear beams to prevent drums from rolling and provide positive drum location. Drum cradles are available in various sizes to support any diameter drum.
are channels welded to inside of QHF upright columns to strengthen and protect columns from damage.
REEL HOLDERS provide on-center reel storage which prevents product damage. Reel holders also allow reels to rotate for easy product removal.
