ABOUT THE QUEENSLAND CIVIL INDUSTRY TRAINING CENTRE The Queensland Civil Industry Training Centre (QCITC) is located within the Brisbane Technology Park, at 11 Hi-Tech Court, Eight Mile Plains, Queensland, 4113 and its state-ofthe-art facilities are available for function and event hire throughout the year1. The QCITC is a purpose built training centre for the civil construction industry in Queensland and is the home of the Civil Contractors Federation Queensland Branch (CCF QLD) and National Office. The facility has ample onsite parking and is equipped with the latest technology and high quality facilities to allow for professional delivery of a variety of events, such as meetings, seminars or training. The QCITC offers the following facilities for hire: theatre training room one training room two training room three

We also have 64 onsite car parks for use in conjunction with hire of our facilities. All prices included in this guide are inclusive of GST. Members of CCF QLD enjoy a 20 per cent discount for facilities hire, which represents great value for those in the local area. THEATRE With a capacity for up to 82 people the theatre is the ideal room for those wanting to hold training sessions, conferences or presentations at a larger scale. The theatre boasts lecture style seating with swing-up writing tablet, a large projection screen (180in/4x2.6m), built in AV equipment and the ability to house a smart board or other types of equipment as required. The theatre also connects to a foyer area which can be utilised for catering, networking and pre or post event functions. Capacity
