3. Attach the Left Upright (75). Repeat this step to attach the Right Upright (not shown).
1. Remove and discard the Screw (A). Attach the Base Ground Wire (92). Press a Base Cap (77) in.

4. Slide the Left and Right Base Covers (73, 74) onto the Left and Right Uprights (75, 76).
