Quick Start Guide ESUL8P-PC2-D* / ESML8P-PC2-D* Introduction Welcome to KBC Network’s Quick Start Guide for the ESUL8P-PC2 and ESML8P-PC2, 10-port, PoE switches. This document provides some quick tips on how to get up and running. For more detailed information see the Downloads section below.

Configuring the ESUL8P-PC2-D* / ESML8P-PC2-D*

Connect the DIN rail or wall-mount brackets as required. Connect a 48Vdc power supply, (supplied separately). If using only one power source, connect pin 1 to pin 5 and pin 2 to pin 6 otherwise the Power Fail LED will be lit.

Each RJ45 Ethernet port has two green indicators. The yellow lamp indicates port speed, and the green lamp indicates port link state.

Install SFP modules as required. Link external devices to the switch with appropriate cables. Connect the fault alarm contact if required.
