QUICK START GUIDE WARNING Failure to read and follow these instructions can result in death, bodily injury and/or property damage. POISONOUS FUMES: Using an engine indoors CAN KILL YOU IN MINUTES. Engine exhaust fumes contain carbon monoxide, a poisonous gas which you cannot see or smell. EXPLOSION HAZARD: Fuel and its vapors are extremely flammable and explosive. Allow Engine to cool at least 2 minutes before refueling. INJECTION HAZARD: Waterblaster can produce fluid streams severe enough to penetrate animal and human flesh. SLIPPING & FALLING: Waterblaster produce puddles of slippery liquid that can result in falls. Kickback from spray wand can result in falls when using unstable platforms. HOT SURFACES: Engine muffler and other engine parts can become very hot. Coming in contact with hot engine components can cause serious burns.

2. ASSEMBLE

NEVER use in the home or in partly enclosed areas such as garages.
Avoid other engine hazards. READ MANUAL BEFORE USE.
Thread the Pressure Hose (18.) into Spray Gun (16.). Hand tighten the nut.
• Spray Wand To Spray Gun Remove the protective plastic cap and thread the Spray Wand (17) into Spray Gun. Tighten Wand securely by hand.
• Select the proper Nozzle Type (15) for Your Application:
Hand tighten oil plugs and gas cap and wipe off any spilled oil or petrol.

6. START WARNING: DO NOT run the Engine unless the water supply is connected and turned on. Damage to the waterblaster resulting from failure to follow this instruction WILL void the warranty.

a. Make sure Throttle lever is set to “FAST” (left).

b. Slide Fuel Valve lever to “ON” (right). d. Turn Engine Switch to “ON” (clockwise). e. Point nozzle to a safe direction and squeeze the Spray Gun trigger to allow for easier engine start. f. Pull the Starter cord slowly until resistance is felt, then pull rapidly to avoid kick back. Repeat until engine starts to run. Release the Gun Trigger.

g. Slide Choke Lever to “RUN” (right) position.
40° (General Purpose) Nozzle – White: Cleans windows, aluminum siding, vehicles (normal road dirt), sidewalks, drives and patios.
a. Firmly grip Spray Gun with both hands. b. Point the nozzle to a safe direction and squeeze the Spray Gun trigger to allow the pump to purge air and impurities in the system and then redirect the the nozzle to the working surface.Do not aim the nozzle at the waterblaster c engiwaterblaster engine. c. Pressure may be adjusted using the Regulator Knob. d. When finished, release the Gun Trigger to stop water flow.
Chemical Nozzle – Black: For applying cleaning solution for removing mildew and oxidation stain from houses; Cleans effervescent brick.
8. SHUT DOWN

1. Fill detergent tank with prepared detergent solution. 2. Attach the Chemical Nozzle (Black) to the Wand.

c. Turn on water supply.
15° (Chiseling) Nozzle – Yellow: Removes peeling paint and mildew stains.
To attach nozzle, press and snap into Spray Wand. To detach nozzle, slide back slip ring on Spray Wand.

c. Add petrol to the tank. DO NOT OVERFILL. Leave room for the petrol to expand. Fuel type: 87 Octane (or higher) unleaded petrol.
b. Make sure that the filter inside waterblaster water inlet is clean and undamaged. Thread the garden hose fitting into water hose inlet. Hand tighten the inlet nut.
7. OPERATE

a. Connect the garden hose to the water supply and turn water supply on to fill the hose with water and also remove any debris in the hose. Turn Off water supply.
0° (Blasting) Nozzle – Red: Removes stains from concrete, masonry, aluminum and steel, weeds from sidewalk cracks, caked-on mud from equipment; Cleans lawn mower underdeck.
25° (Flushing) Nozzle – Green: Removes wet sweeping leaves from walks and drives; Cleans stable floors, swimming pool bottoms and barbecue grill.
a. Remove the oil dipstick, use the funnel (21) to pour in the engine oil (20) until oil level reaches the thread inside the oil reservoir, then replace the dipstick.
WARNING: To prevent damage to the waterblaster, shipping plug MUST be replaced with Breather Plug. Failure to follow this instruction WILL void the warranty.
ONLY use outdoors and far from open windows, doors, and vents.

b. Replace Shipping Plug with Breather Plug (19).

c. Slide Choke Lever to “START” (left).
h. Assembly Complete. Discard packaging and store tools for future use.

Thread the Pressure Hose (18) into pressure pump outlet. Hand on the hose to make sure it is tighten the nut. secured.
g. Assemble the Lower Gun Holder Kit (12-14). Tighten all mounting hardware.
3. ADD OIL AND FUEL

a. Slide Axle (2) inside the holes in bottom frame. Slide Bushings (3) over the ends of the shaft. b. Assemble the Wheels (1) to the Axle a using Washer (4) and Cotter Pin (5) from outside. Bend back the ends of the Cotter Pins using a pair of pliers. c. Assemble Leg Kit (6-8) to the legs. Tighten all mounting hardware. f d. Set the waterblaster on its wheels and legs. e e. Pull the lock pin and fully raise the handle upright. Release and snap the lock pin into the locking hole in the frame to lock the handle. f. Assemble the upper Gun Holder Kit (9-11). Tighten all mounting hardware.

• Remove all items (except the waterblaster) and inspect for completeness (see the SUPPLIED part list above).

• Keep a minimum of 1.5M CLEARANCE on all sides of the engine including top and with engine exhaust outlet facing AWAY from dwellings.

• Move the waterblaster OUTSIDE and place in a fully VENTILATED area, on a FLAT and level surface and close to the work surface.
Carefully tip the waterblaster forward and place on its front side. Using the provided tools (22,23):

1. UNPACK • Using a box cutter, cut open the waterblaster carton on top and sides.

• For your protection, wear safety glasses and protective gloves(Not provided).

WARNING: Shut down the engine if it runs idle for more than 3 minutes. The pressure and heat built-up in the waterblaster may damage the pump and will cause the Thermal Relief Valve to activate.
a. Turn Engine Switch to “OFF” (counter-clockwise). b. Slide Fuel Valve lever to “OFF” (left). c. Turn off the water supply and disconnect garden hose from the waterblaster. d. Squeeze the Gun trigger to release any remaining water in the system. e. Store Spray Gun on the side and Hose inside the pouch in the handle. CAUTION: Allow engine to cool down before folding handle.
