3 Ways to Power Up IP Camera
Using the 12V DC 2A output on the Top Interface.

Using POE Lan Port (Connect camera to Lan Port on the right.) Please make sure battery is connected 10/100M ethernet
and have more than 80% charged to power POE LAN port. Meanwhile, check Power Out feature (Tool => Power Out => DC power output ON), make sure DC power output is on. Then tester screen top bar will display with “48V ON“ in the middle.

IP Discovery After camera is powered up, both green and yellow lights on the LAN port would light up. Press IP discovery* , tester auto-scan the whole network segment IP, as well as auto-modify the tester‘s IP to the same network segment with the scanned camera’s IP. The blue IP dot shown in the following picture is the IP camera that this tester found. Then tester can proceed with either Rapid ONVIF or IPC Test for further test. Only Rapid Onvif supports PTZ and motorized lens Control.. IPC TEST is mainly for live view testing .

In Rapid ONVIF, tester can quickly search LTS or other ONVIF camera. Auto log in and display image from the camera, activate certain camera and modify IP and control camera’s motorized functions.

If this testing camera is motorized lense camera, you could do zoom in/out and focus+/- with Rapid ONVIF by using certain buttons on the tester. (Zoom: Far +, Near- ; Focus: Tele+, Wide-)
which will lock the IP camera. It is highly recommended to disable this auto login for Rapid ONVIF, you could find this auto login in the
section (Shown in the picture above highlighted area). Once you have log in with account, live view would show.

For NVMS 7000 in this tester, it can activate LTS camera, display image from camera, modify IP address, user name, password and other parameters.
User could IP camera by selecting Devices and “+” button on the top right corner. For more detail about NVMS, user can refer to the Help icon.

TVI/ Analog Camera Testing/ Connecton
TVI/ Analog Camera Testing/ Connecton
This tester can support up to 3MP LTS TVI camera. Connect the TVI camera’s video output to the multi-purpose tester’s TVI IN, power up camera by connecting with DC 12V (see in picture on the right.) Then select TVI icon on the tester main page, the screen will show TVI camera’s live view. For Analog camera, connection will be the same process, however user should use Analog Icon on the tester main page to gain live view.
On the live view screen for TVI camera, hold the button ”OPEN” for 2 second, OSD will appeared on the screen. Using arrow keys to control setting parameter. Enter button will not work for OSD, to select, user should use “OPEN” button instead of “Enter”.
