Technical Setup: Withings Integration This tip sheet outlines the steps necessary to set up electronically submitted blood pressure readings to the Hypertension Digital Medicine Pharmacists. Complete Final Questionnaire 1. Log into www.MyOchsner.org 2. Select My Medical Record > Questionnaires 3. Complete the called “Let us know when you have your BP cuff (COMPLETE LAST)” questionnaire. 4. Log out of MyOchsner Install the Withings Healthmate App 1. Press the Start Button 2. Installation using your smartphone   3. Apple iOS – proceed to step #3 Android – proceed to step #6 Select Settings > Bluetooth > ON > Withings BPM Page 1 of 5 4. Install the Withings Health Mate app from the App Store 5. Launch the app and follow the instructions. 6. Select Settings> Bluetooth > ON > Withings BPM 7. Launch the app and follow the instructions Connect Withings and MyOchsner Accounts 1. Log into www.MyOchsner.org 2. Select My Medical Record > Track My Health 3. Select Connect My Account 4. Select Connect Account next to the Withings heading. Page 2 of 5  You will be taken to the to the device’s website to link the account to MyChart. 5. Once connected, the account will appear on your MyOchsner page.  Select Sync Now to ensure historical readings are entered into your account. Take a Blood Pressure Reading 1. Wrap the cuff around your arm as shown  The metal tube should be positioned against your inner arm 2. Unlock you smartphone and press the button to start.  The app launches automatically Page 3 of 5 3. Press Start to launch the measurement 4. Once the reading is finished, select Done Verify Blood Pressure Reading appears in MyOchsner 1. Log into www.MyOchsner.org 2. Select My Medical Record > Track My Health 3. Select Hypertension Digital Medicine Program under the Active Flowsheets section of the page. 4. Ensure latest reading appear in the table. Page 4 of 5 5. If the readings appear in the Withings app, but not in MyOchsner, Click Sync Now next to the Blood Pressure heading in the Withings portion of the Manage Accounts Page. Page 5 of 5
