Answer an incoming call
Lift handset or press speaker key

Dial 9 or line key and number required
Transfer a call
Press transfer and dial extension number or press programmed key announce caller and hang up to complete
Transfer a call to external number *Only applicable on ISDN networks
Press transfer, dial 9 and telephone number. Announce caller and hang up to complete
Return to caller
Press flashing line, park or answer key
Hold
Press hold or park hold key
Redial
Redial key or left of directional pad on 12 key phone and above (bottom right of handset) arrow up and down to scroll
Incoming call list
Using soft keys press LIST, CID, arrow up & down to scroll, lift handset to call back
Call Pick Up
Dial * to pick up call from other handset
Call Pick Up specific extension
Dial 715 followed by extension number to pick up
Program name
Dial speaker key, 800, extension number to program, name, hold then speaker key.
Ring tones
Dial speaker key, 820, 1 for internal 2 for external, select required ring tone using keypad then speaker key
Conference calls
Call first party, press CONF key, dial second party. Press CONF key twice to establish conference

Common cancel code
720 (cancels most forwards activated by accident)
Program a user key (ext number or external party)
Dial speaker key, 851, press key to program, 01, extension number or 9 followed by external number, press hold
Time Change
Dial speaker key, 828, Dial two digits for the hour and two digits for the minutes, speaker key
