QuickLogic Continues its Focus on Low-Power Portable Applictions by Joining SD Card and CE-ATA Organizations ◊ ◊

SUNNYVALE, Calif. – August 16, 2005 -- QuickLogic Corporation (NASDAQ: QUIK), the low power programmable logic leader, today announced it has joined both the SD Card Association and the CE-ATA Organization. The SD Card and CE-ATA groups develop low-power bus and form factor standards for memory, networking and storage peripherals that will be adopted into portable consumer products. By joining these groups, QuickLogic enhances its low-power ecosystem that includes Eclipse II FPGAs, PowerAware software and strong industry partners.
