ANTENNA ACCESSORIES (1) Description The Local Radio frequency filter, model LR-FILTER is a band pass cavity resonator used to help prevent interference from unwanted frequencies by filtering them out. It is used in conjunction with a Local Radio HUB and is installed between the HUB and the antenna. Technical Specifications A single 7˝ square bypass cavity. Attenuation @ +/- 5 MHz from the center frequency is 22 dB. (2) Description The Calsense model ANT-PROT is an antenna cable surge protection device and helps to protect the antenna and radio equipment from lightning strikes. It is used in conjunction with a radio HUB and is installed between the HUB and the antenna and attached to the ground. “N” male to “BNC” female adaptors included. This is based on the radio test survey results conducted by the Calsense radio technician.
