R1: concentrated power and design The Lamborghini R1 might be small and compact, but it has the character of a big tractor. The R1 sets new standards for performance in the 35 to 55 HP range. Versatile and multi-purpose, the R1 can handle open field work just as well as small farm, hobby farming, and specialised crop applications. The reliable, quick and agile R1 is also the perfect machine for greenhouse, plant nursery, and park maintenance work. Low platform versions are also available for orchard and vineyards work and for low overhanging canopy applications. Lamborghini R1 tractors provide all the stability and pulling power you could possibly need for working on slopes, and combine compact size with the sort of performance normally only obtainable from medium-high range machines. The look is new too, with sleek, rounded lines. The plunging hood gives perfect forward visibility, adding a new dimension of practicality and convenience to these great little Lamborghini tractors.

Mitsubishi EURO III engines: guaranteed quality and performance The Lamborghini R1 range is powered by Mitsubishi Euro III, 4 cylinder, indirect injection, liquid cooled engines developing 39, 43 and 51 HP*. While the R1.35 engine is naturally aspirated, the R1.45 and R1.55 engines are both turbocharged. Lamborghini’s compact R1 tractors develop maximum power at 3000 rpm and offer an excellent torque curve for all the elasticity you need to overcome unexpected peaks in load.
R1 The Mitsubishi engines of the R1 range are the perfect combination of simple design, high performance and low fuel consumption. And because they are all four cylinder units, silent running and a high level of comfort are guaranteed too. You can work for hours on end, in maximum comfort, thanks to an exceptionally low level of vibration. To increase autonomy, the diesel fuel tank has been located behind the engine, in front of the dashboard. This allows the tank to hold a generous 10 gallons, which can increased still further with the optional 15 litre auxiliary tank. The location of the fuel tank behind the engine also improves cooling and helps isolate the driver from the engine.

Two separate hydraulic circuit for MAXIMUN PRODUCTIVITY in all applications Lamborghini R1 tractors have two separate hydraulic systems, one for the lift and auxiliary controls, and the other for the hydrostatic steering. This ensures beautifully light steering even when you have to turn and lift implements at the same time. The lift and implement controls are ergonomically designed and located in a console to the driver’s right. The rear lift circuit is equipped with a dedicated 30 l/min pump and 6 way hydraulic control valves. The control system of the 1200 kg lift provides both position and draft control. The R1 is also equipped with a front lift with a lifting capacity of 400 kg and an integrated 1000 rpm PTO, for maximum versatility, precision, and productivity with implements.

Ease of operation is one of the Lamborghini R1’s strong points. For example, a 9” gearbox clutch is fitted for robustness and reliability and to guarantee effortless, jerk-free gear shifting. A synchro gearbox with 12 forward and 12 reverse gears and a synchro shuttle on all models in the range also contribute to smooth operation. The steering angle is 57° and the turning circle just 2600 mm. This means that manoeuvring is quick and easy in tight spaces and at end-of-row turns in orchards and vineyards. A hydrostatic system with a dedicated 15 l/min pump ensures effortless steering even at low engine speeds. Both differentials feature electro-hydraulic locking. R1 tractors are extremely comfortable on the road too, where they can reach a top speed of 30 km/h. Safe braking is guaranteed by oilbath disc brakes. The R1 range is extremely versatile when it comes to implement work. The rear PTO offers 540, 540 ECON, and 1000 rpm, synchro speeds and central PTO.

A modern, SILENT-BLOCK mounted platform for superior comfort Silent, vibration-free and spacious, the R1 platform makes all the difference. Lamborghini has developed the R1 range for comfort like that normally only available from high power models. The Silent-Block mounted platform minimises vibrations and noise, and ensures the operator an excellent level of comfort. On top of this, the R1.55 platform is 4 in longer and wider to give the operator even more space and permit an 18 in seat cushion to be fitted. The result is a comfortable and ergonomic driving position, with
all the controls conveniently and practically located and easily accessible in the “high” platform version, thanks to the non-slip access step. Lamborghini’s R1 tractors are innovative in every way, maintenance included. Even the hoods are single piece, and open fully on rear mounted hinges, to make quick and easy work of routine servicing.
