Stock Inkjet Label Program Growth of on demand color label printing via color inkjet label printers such as Epson is on the rise. However, the number of companies with the expertise and converting capability on inkjet label materials is limited. RACO can help. We’ve added a selection of stock inkjet labels to our program.
This new selection of die-cut inkjet labels take advantage of the existing inkjet label materials we’ve sold in continuous form over the last several years. Our die-cut and continuous inkjet labels use the following label material:
• High Gloss Paper: All-temp acrylic adhesive – 40# liner • Matte Paper: General purpose acrylic adhesive – 50# liner • Synthetic Matte: Matte polypropylene, All-temp permanent adhesive – 40# liner
Stock Labels: Available in both 2” core 4” OD and 3” core 8” OD options. Available Die-cut Label Sizes: 2x1, 3x1, 3x2, 4x2 and 4x6. Continuous Sizes: 1”, 2”, 3” and 4” in various lengths dependent on printer and material.

RACO INKJET LABELS Custom Inkjet Label Program RACO specializes in our knowledge of a wide variety of label substrates and close working relationship with many of the inkjet label material manufacturers. RACO has been converting labels in our facility for 20 years. We work closely with you on your specific application to ensure you get the best material possible to solve your custom inkjet label application. We’ll make recommendations and provide test material(s) until you are satisfied with the solution. If we don’t have the existing tooling for a specific size label we’ll bring it in to produce inkjet labels in the size you need.
GHS Approved Labels GHS is a worker safety initiative regulating the classification and communication of chemical hazards through the use of color variable data. Our 5 Mil polyester label material is also certified durable enough to pass the BS5609 resistance to abrasions and chemicals. RACO can provide this material in both die-cut and continuous options based on your requirements.
Epson ColorWorks Approved RACO wants to be your one stop for all things Epson and on demand color label printing. RACO is an Epson approved ColorWorks reseller for their inkjet label printer line, as well as inkjet cartridges. RACO’s expertise on inkjet label materials and our ability to convert labels in house separates us from most of our competitors.
