The Player in the network of media ICY BOX IB-MP308 is an advanced HDD network media player. It is the nerve centre of the media you operate. It plays video, music and pictures via output equipment like TV set, home cinema equipment or stereo. It is capable to deliver Full High Definition – 1920 x 1080 p – TV and video output. It commands all usual video and audio formats and many less usual as well. The ICY BOX IB-MP308 is designed for users who are familiar with local area networks (LANs) as well as for users who have only vague or no knowledge of LANs. Integrated into a LAN, also a wireless LAN, the ICY BOX IB-MP308 accesses all available data sources, provided by the TV tuner, a stereo or camcorder, the PC or Mac, a NAS or an external HDD, a USB stick or the Internet. It is also able to work without a network. Then a HDD containing the media data should be installed. Anyway, the command of videos, music or pictures should be via the ICY BOX IB-MP308 as it saves a lot of energy compared to the PC. Using the remote control you easily operate the ICY BOX IB-MP308 using the on-screen menu.
